The whole process of buying a car through Carsa was great. I dealt with Izzy, Jamie and Ryan throughout the different stages of the process, who were all extremely helpful and you could tell the car had been cleaned thoroughly before the test drive. It was a very busy day for them when we were there but the staff were all very polite and informative and made the process as quick and seamless as possible.

Buying a new car wasn't something we wanted to do, but having trawled the internet we came across Carsa with what appeared could be the car we were looking for... Although fairly late in the evening, we received a response back within a few minutes that someone would call us back in the morning. In the morning we spoke to Tom (in their Southampton branch) who booked us a test drive a couple of days later (and we paid a refundable reservation charge, so as not to get pipped at the post...) On arrival, we were greeted instantly (considering it was a busy Saturday lunchtime, no mean feat) and shown to the car where it was internally "fumigated" for a couple of minutes (part of their anti-Covid measures). However, it was the condition of the car that was remarkable - For a 4 year old car and 30k miles I couldn't see a single mark on the exterior of the car, the inside of the car was spotless and the engine bay looked as though it had just rolled off the production line. After an unattended test drive, we decided to buy the car. There was a short 5 min wait, but the coffee was very welcome and we were then led into the office to have a zoom call to go through any other queries, the logistics and payment etc. The operative (Lee) was again very friendly and efficient and we were able to pretty much rattle through the admin, even being able to get a confirmed delivery date sorted during the call. Considering that we initially really didn't want to have buy a car at all, I have to say the whole experience of all the staff we met was extremely pleasurable, which made parting with the money feel not so bad after all! We obviously hope we don't need to buy another new car for a good many years(!), but as/when we do, we'll certainly be visiting Carsa again and we heartily recommend them to anyone who's in the market to buy a quality, competitively priced car in extremely good condition. The only thing that we can think of that would have been better (although we then wouldn't have met the friendly staff at Southampton) is if Carsa had a branch closer to Bath! However, given the excellent customer-focused service of all staff, I'm sure that will come...

We were interested in a car from Carsa so I gave them a call. My call was answered by a smashing chap called Matt, who couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a car we wanted to p/x, which Carsa have an excellent set up where you take the photos they want and they give you a valuation speedily using these. As it stands, we’ve put a deposit down, agreed a value for our car, and are looking forward to picking up our new car in the next few days. I hope the rest of the experience is as positive, as thus far, Matt and Carsa have been epic. Thank you.

Faultless experience. Purchased a car with a main dealer history at a better price than any local garages. Car was exactly as described, almost perfect at 3 years old! Delivery was brilliant and by a friendly local Welshman. Izzy in the sales team was also friendly and knowledgable about the car I wanted. No upselling and no sales patter that everyone’s heard before. After sales handled by Matt, invoice broken down and details of where to transfer the balance. Checked in when the car was delivered and gave the details for road tax etc. Couldn’t recommend them more.

The whole team were all really knowledgeable and friendly and helped me choose the right car for me. Carsa !!! our experience with this dealership hardly warrants 1 star. but its close!! My initial impressions was that this was a reputable dealer, sales staff all friendly and efficient. All vehicles undergo comprehensive checks prior to selling Unfortunately we bought a car that was faulty from day one.. We picked up a car on a Saturday(date) click and collect as all the sale was completed over the phone and via email. · The car was presented very well, looked nice,howevere, on the way home my wife complained had only cold air from the AC and the infotainment system was intermittent . · Carsa asked us to take it somewhere local for diagnostics (which they paid for) The diagnostics identified issues with the water pump, possibly ac matrix and radiator. Carsa did offer to repair the car, it but we had totally lost faith in them and would not trust the car! Thankfully in the first 30 days you are entitled to a 30-day right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act if the car is unfit for purpose, of unsatisfactory quality or not as described. You can ask for a repair or replacement, but you're not obliged to accept one and can insist on a full refund, which the dealer will be legally obliged to give. Carsa were more than happy to refund us but held back our deposit until we returned the paperwork Really disappointing experience. Lost half a day picking the car up! My wife is totally stressed out! We are also down a tank of fuel and have to start the car search all over again! Buyer beware (skoda octavia)

Outstanding experience from the first call to driving away- thank you. Delighted to have just collected a very competitively priced Infiniti Q30 from Carsa in Southampton. The car was immaculately presented, COVID fogged and the part exchange process was thorough and very fair. The sales team contacted me as soon as I enquired on line. The website had great information. The trade in app also worked well. The handover and contactless paperwork was done over zoom and was very straightforward.
