Great service. Had such a stressful day communicating with roughly 5 other places and then called these guys and was quoted half the price and was able to be seen in the next hour (everywhere else had a weeks wait). Easy, quick, high quality service. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from Richard, i lost the code from my stereo. He decoded it back in 2002 and still had the record of my code !!

These two reviews have only just come to our attention! I feel it only fair as a company that we have the right to reply. We have specialised in car audio for over 20 years and all our engineers are City in Guilds qualified in electronics and we average over 2,000 repairs a year. The review 2 years ago we know nothing about, we can find nothing on file and we use a Sage system for invoicing and booking in. We have never lost a customers unit since we have been trading, let alone taken their money and denied all knowledge! We welcome this customer to get back in touch with us, even after all this time to explain the circumstances as we pride ourselves on our experience and expertise. The second review from Mr. Fish there again we have no record of this customer either and would be interested in a more detailed reason why he feels he needed to write this review as there is no description of the repair involved. I would welcome Mr Fish contacting me to discuss the repair we know nothing about..

Stereo suddenly stopped working, they fixed it within 5 mins and also had my amp sorted. Was only charged a fiver. Would definitely recommend

Quick polite and reasonable prices with good service

NEVER GO HERE! I sent a radio here to be fixed, and had non-stop trouble from the start, he finally fixed it (apparently!) then paid him - richard Gosell over bank transfer and then heard nothing from him! so i went up to brighton, and he denied all of it, so he thieved and lied to me!! i have reported this to trading standards and want to warn anyone who is considering going, definatly to stay clear of this place!!!

I'm wary of 'badmouthing' anyone but my experience has led me to suggest you try somewhere else. I could not recommend this Richard Gossil.
