Russell was really helpful and explained the property that I wanted to buy really thoroughly. He was honest and nothing was too much trouble. Any information that I needed later he also went back to the Owners and found all the answers to my questions. Communication was excellent throughout and really efficient. Very impressed with this Estate Agents would definitely recommend to friends.

Cox & Co sold our house at a very competitive commission rate.
Marc and Russell guided us through the process and at a time when we thought the sale may not proceed they managed all parties involved to ensure that expectations were understood and kept everyone in the chain updated at all times and without this extra effort it is highly likely the chain would have collapsed.

We cannot recommend Cox & Co enough, Marc and the team have always been on the other end of the phone for absolutely everything. We brought our house which was listed with Cox & Co, we also then listed our flat we were selling. Marc & the team have been so supportive, helpful, reassuring and always positive from day 1, which we cannot thank them enough, as especially during these times, buying & selling a house had to put us to the test many times which wasn't easy. Cox & Co are a lovely family run, experienced estate agent and we are lucky to have them around.

Marc did a great job on our probate sale. He secured a sale at a great price. The open day was held 10 days after it went on the market and an offer resulted . Wow ! I could not be happier with the service provided to me by Marc, Russell and the team at Cox & Co. It’s a relatively new company but run by people with loads of experience behind them and it shows.
Selling property during Covid lockdown can’t be easy, but I had lots of viewings, sold quickly at a good price they helped negotiate and all in time to avoid the stamp duty deadline.
The communication I received throughout the process was superb. I knew what was happening every step of the way.

Marc and Russell are exceptional consultants both of whom clearly possess many successful years of experience in their field. From our first meeting with Marc he was outstanding, understanding our situation and advising us on the best way to sell a property. Russell took the time to get under the skin of our property, to learn about our community and how to appeal for prospective buyers.
On the day of exchange our buyers demanded a huge amount of money off of our beautiful home and we felt completely and utterly ambushed, but Marc reassured us and guided us through the process ensuring we came to a close allowing the chain to remain in place and for us to exchange a week later.
Marc also took the time to advise us on our purchase which he didn’t need to do, yet he answered some complex questions for us. We always felt he was invested in the full ecosystem of our move from end to end. We could not hold Cox & Co in any higher regard, if you are selling your home these chaps will not only sell it for you, but they will support and enable a smooth process throughout.

Marc sold our flat. He uses interesting metrics to gauge the marketing and found two potential buyers and Marc drew a higher offer from the eventual buyer. This became a sale at the height of the Covid crisis but Marc stood tall when they made an 11th hour reduced offer. The property was exchanged and completed within 10 days of this refusal. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
