Fabulous place. Brilliant staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. So glad I've discovered EBC, will definitely not be going anywhere else for parts in future. Parking right outside their door. They usually source non-stocked parts the same day and their Automotive technical knowledge is second to none. The icing on the cake is that their prices seem to be by far the best around. Hugely recommended!

Great place to get parts for your vehicle the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. If they don't have the part they can usually get it next day. Well worth trying these guys first.

Purchased a Varta battery for my Skoda taxi £140 , 6 months later and after 4 breakdown call outs due to being stranded after battery failures , I decided to take the battery back , I was then patronised by a shop assistant siting that the battery hadn’t been programmed into the car causing the failure , and that I should turn off the stop start system , my father is an auto electrician with nearly 50 years experience , who advised me take it directly to An official Varta retailer , namely sybs, who after listening to my story gave me a new battery after testing the old one , I am a taxi driver as stated , my breakdown agent eventually refused to recover me without cost , I am appalled at the way I was treated , I will not use this company again .

Highly recommended; I don't use any other factors/spares shop. I've used EBC for a long time to fix my fleet of jalopies...these guys KNOW their stuff from experience not just from reading off computer screens. Very very rarely have they failed to supply the parts I need that day if not next day. They have the knowledge to advise on alternative products & are happy for you to pick their brains if you are stuck. They are better priced than all of their competitors including those online. I have sent countless friends & colleagues to them & never have I heard a bad word said. They provide a welcome , informative "can do" environment so don't be scared of going in...you do not get that on the internet!
