2 Condition which was bang on paint and alloys flawless and pictures didn't do it justice

Bought a car from them in Feb 21, Volvo XC60.
Had it serviced, less than 300 miles later, big oil leak coming from turbo into the intercooler pipe work. Pretty obvious from the leak and mechanics knowledge that it hadn't developed in the 300 miles since buying it, contacted V12 who didn't want to know!. Was told to ring the AA warranty who passed it with no faults in the first place!?.
Why should I be ringing them after it was sold to me with a fault, not a fault that has developed since purchase. Warranty's hard work and most mechanics wont bother with the hassle of diagnosing the fault, supplying pictures, having the car in pieces on the ramp, telephoning, whilst waiting for the authority to go ahead or not. A possibility of refusal of a claim and you foot the entire bill. A £300 limit on a warranty isn't going to go far, that's parts, labour and diagnosis.
You expect better experience after shelling out over 14K for a car which is alot for a young family. Its never going to be perfect as a second hand car but you shouldn't be worrying about replacing a turbo in a 4 year old, 14K car with 58K miles on the clock.
My advice be very wary, or buy from somewhere more reputable, its a lot of money to loose.

On arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant salesman named Oliver. I was shown all the vehicles that caught my interest and then provided with an alternative when they were not available. Oliver’s suggestions were viable and he changed my perspective regarding manual vs automatic in instant. After placing a deposit on the vehicle and ultimately changing my mind, Oliver maintained constant communication to ensure my consumer needs were met. Great job and I will definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking service. New car broke down 10 miles from their yard. No help at all. I had 2 disabled children with me. Paid over £100 to get car recovery back to their garage. Was told by their manager it would be reimbursed , but , many calls and emails later I am still being ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I only gave 1 star as you cant give any less.

Great customer service, I was served by Oliver who was very friendly and gave me all the informations I needed for the car I was interested in. I when with my 4year old daughter whom he gave a marker and paper to draw just to keep her busy while mummy was sorting out the car. He later stick the picture my girl drew on his wall.

Fantastic used car sales experience. Met at the entrance by salesman, (Andrey) who established our needs. We asked to look at a particular car which was located elsewhere. This was brought to us for viewing and test drive. Test drove an alternative car as well. Purchase was made smooth and simple. The salesman left us on our own for periods of time to think things over and was not once pushy in the slightest. Drove away with our purchase the same day. Excellent place for buying a used car. Keep up the great work!
