I have purchased my car from them. They has misspelled my name on the invoice. I have informed them to change my name they never get back to me. They are telling me we will do today, tomorrow. How unprofessional they are there team don't communicate with each other. When I went there to collect my car staff was rude he wasn't interested. No matter how much I write about them it will still not be enough. Before I went there they told we will make sure your insurance get done on the time of collection but when I went there staff member told me insurance is not done. Customers are paying money so please change your quality standards.

I have only positive things to say about my experience at V12! I was fortunate to have Patryk who was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy. I traded my car in and Patryk ensured I was given good price with some brilliant extras included in with my sale. The car I bought is fantastic! I’d like to start by saying these guys are by far the best dealers I have ever been to. From the moment I called to enquire about the car I wanted to purchase I spoke to Ella who was extremely helpful and gave me the confidence to head up to Hinckley from London. We arrived 15minutes to 6pm just before they were closing due to traffic and Mike (Michael) was more than happy to stay behind to see us through. This gentleman was a superstar! He answered the million and one questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. But things were moving along very swiftly. The manager was also amazing and took really good care of us. This biggest and best highlight of my experience with V12 and Classics and what would make me recommend others including my own family has to be the after sales. There was a view issues with the vehicle and Alan from after sales helped all the way through without any hesitation leaving me feeling like a very satisfied customer. Thank you everyone at V12 and Classics for the great service you provided me!!!!

Bought Ford Focus '14. They tried to give me a car with a flat battery which they had just jump started. Had to take it back and they gave me a new battery. They also said they'd given it a service but I know from the colour of the oil that they hadn't changed the oil. Found out that the heated front windscreen doesn't work even though the button lights up. Also found the air con has a leak so doesn't work very well even though that light goes on. Also looks like there is an intermittent problem with the clutch which needs taking out to diagnose. Probably needs a new clutch. All in all a pretty naff car even though it looked all ok and the AA inspection says it's all fine. And the standard warranty they give is only up to £300 . Wouldn't buy from them again.

Poor customer service. Wasted 3 hours waiting for car to be available and pulled out for test drive. Passed around different members of staff. Looking at Trustpilot reviews maybe I've had a lucky escape as they seem to have poor after sales care. Still didn't get to test drive car so walked away never to return. Shocking company! No customer service. Totally disinterested in me wanting to buy from them.

And even if we were then only 1 person could test drive it? Even though my whole family has already sat in the car as advised by the receptionist? Very disappointed.

Bought my last car here. I'd heard mixed reviews but they had the car I was looking for. Price, customer service, and buying process all seemless...no issues at this point. However....as I drove the vehicle home an oil warning light came on. It was still there early next morning so i called V12 Hinckley expecting them to say 'sure just pop the car back, we'll sort it's, but oh no!! I had to have this issues looked at through the 3 months warranty they issues with the car, as they don't have their own repair department (I was told). What a pain for such a small glitch I thought but had no choice. So took car to have a diagnostics check and the report showed the engine oil had been significantly over filled by up to 2 litres more than the maximum recommended for my car! I paid for test and remedial work and submitted my claim. Six weeks later and I'm still waiting for claim settlement. AA warranty informed me V12 aren't replying to their communications. So no, I'm not very impressed with the quality of After Sales care.

V12 offer a fantastic range of quality vehicles in excellent condition and fully AA checked. As these are COVID times the team have adapted and offer an appointment based service to prevent social distancing problems on site. Sales man Oliver Shorrock was available at the appointed time and very enthusiastic about the job he was doing and also very knowledgeable about the cars on offer. The transaction was smooth all round largely thanks to Ollie being proactive with preparation of paperwork and preparing the car for collection. Really pleased with my 2017 Audi A6!!!

A really good and quick service. Would recommend. However what they offered for my old car was an a absolute joke. We buy any car offered £2000. I got offered £1000. Ended up getting £1529 but had to buy a AA warranty package and a Diamondbrite paint covering which totalled £828 so ended up no better off. I felt pressured to buy the two extra packages so that I felt compensated for my old car after receiving such a low offer. I felt backed into a corner after a 3hr drive. MOT was completed a month earlier which passed With no problems. They pointed out faults which were not picked up on the MOT. Advice for people looking part exchange. Have your car fully checked over before you ask for a part exchange for reassurance.

Oliver was brilliant and friendly, made us feel very welcome, had all the information we needed to hear and was very understanding with our concerns. Only one issue We booked an appointment for 10am and was waiting around for 25 minutes for the car to arrive, Oliver apologised for the waiting time and had a good experience with him. The salesperson was unhelpful and provided me with the wrong information also forced me to buy the products which I didn't want to. When I told him in nit interested he the. True and around and told me I have to pay £50 extra if I don't buy a certain product. He was very rude and unprofessional.

Luke Briggs provided an excellent service from V12 and organised a fantastic car at the price I wanted to pay. He answered all my queries and a thorough knowledge of the cars he showed me. He was upfront with the pricing and so there were no hidden or unexplained costs and he showed great courtesy to me throughout the sale. I recently bought a Mercedes from V12 Sports and Classics with the help from the sales team, in particular Oliver Sharrock. I travelled a long way to the V12 garage and the Sales team, in particular Oliver were very attentive to my queries. I test drove the car and Oliver was able to answer all the questions that I had, not only about the car but also in regards to the sales process. After buying 2 cars from V12 sport and… After buying 2 cars from V12 sport and classics in Hinkley 1) bad customer service rude staff 2) aggressive sales tactics 3) service history always incorrect on several car i looked at 4) car description and damaged never accurate 5) Leave you standing around even when you have a appointment 6) Aftersales useless, God help you if ever you run into a problem with a car you brought, they give you excuses and extremely difficult to get a hold off. 7) Once they have secured a sale they don't care about you. 8) Car's are expensive now you don't save any money, now they give you worthless AA and warranty, AA will not fix anything extremely difficult to make a claim, they use the excuse ware are tare on everything.

After sales team is total opposite of sales team so rude and unprofessional. I commented on Facebook twice v12 kept deleting it(no wonder page looks all positive feedback). Bought three family cars in past year but never again!!

Disappointed My Husband bought a BMW 2 series on 15/04/21 which had gearbox failure on 30/04/2021 it is now 8 weeks later with still no sign of fix date still, it’s now the middle of June & he keeps being told it will be sorted soon but nothing happens, V12 blame repair garage, repair garage blame V12 and Prestige/WMS and it goes around in circles and we are in the middle without our car that we are paying finance on this is super stressful with still no resolution or date for return of our car. And now my husband tells me we might not be able to keep the hire car that we have at the moment that we require for our disabled sons transportation to his specialist school that he attends miles from where we live, as we haven’t provided evidence to how much it costs, I’m totally disappointed and disgruntled with V12 and WMS customer service.

My experience at V12 Sports and Classics Hinckley was very poor. I arrived just after 12pm with an appointment booking from themselves. I waited outside the gate as instructed due to social distancing. I was then welcomed in by a salesperson who advised he would go to collect the car for me to view before payment. Once the car was pulled out of the garage I noticed the damaged front number plate and the cleaning on the car was poor. While doing the deal prior to collection I did as for a tank of fuel to do the deal, I was told this is not possible but it would come with “some” fuel. Once I got in the car to investigate, the fuel gauge was on the red and showed no miles in the trip computer range. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said “We might have a jerry can out the back so ill put some in”, that in itself wasn’t a great comment to make as most jerry cans carry around 5L or fuel. I wasn’t expecting much but even 50-60 miles would have been something. I had a few issues with the finance company paying out the payment with calls back and forth but I was advised to come back once I had a phone call back from the finance company. I returned back to the dealer around 1:30 pm, and found the car parked on the road, the salesman then advised me he would go to put fuel in the car before I had left. Once the car arrived back the fuel range showed 29 miles. Not great but it was something. More people were arriving at the dealer and it felt there was a lack of organisation with appointments with a few customers making comments to other salespeople outside the gates. As I was not purchasing a car from them on that day, I felt that I was pushed back to deal with potential customers. All I needed to do at this stage was to get the paperwork for the vehicle. I kept asking how long it was going to be and I was told time and time again “few mins, there just doing it now”. I finally got the paperwork at 3 pm but was told that the V5 could not be found and they would apply for one for me. I asked if I could have a copy of the V62 used to request a new V5 and there was some hesitation towards this. When I did receive a copy of the V62 it was half-filled in and not signed. Once we left the dealership and arrived home I decided to take the vehicle to an MOT garage so seek advice. I was told that an engine warning light had been turned off on the day of the MOT it received (emissions-related and BMW diagnosis equipment had been used to find this information), the front wipers would have not passed an MOT and neither would the front number plate due to the damage. I have also since contacted DVLA and they have received the V62 but with no £25 cheque or payment from the garage, and they have requested me to contact the garage to send a new form with an enclosed cheque. I have tried contacting the garage a few times and left a message twice with no reply. It feels to me they were hoping to get away with not paying for a new V5. Overall it has been a very disappointing process and I will be seeking legal advice with the evidence I have. I can not recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a properly prepared car.

As happy as i am with the car , i am also disappointed with the fact that i need new window wipers which should of been recognised with the inspection that V12 carry out? I don’t expect to have to go and pay for wipers after paying £12,000 for the vehicle. I have made several attempts to contact V12 over the phone but can’t seem to get an answer!

Had an appointment at 12 but ended up waiting a total of 4 hours before i could finally take the car. Paid a £99 deposit in advance to reserve the car and this was then not taken off the end price, i had to spot that myself on the invoice to bring it to their attention. Waiting room was freezing and seemed like all the staff were just walking around ignoring me. Not a great experience considering i had driven 2 hours to get there.

The worst after sales service of any company I have ever dealt with. Car purchased (our 5th from here , first one had the displeasure of a problem with) booked in with a garage the warranty advised to me. Diagnosed and confirmed issues where present , then booked with a garage that could offer a courtesy car and then lock down. All had gone well up until that point. So after lock down I have now paid a £1200 bill to repair the car and have not had one call back from Oliver in after sales or a manager, I have had to call every time for any kind of correspondence. It has been another two weeks , no phone calls , no understanding of the situation, could not care less, all I have heard is that it has been sent to the owner of the business for his decision, clearly the owner has forgotten what makes a company and your wealth, the customer. Do not deserve even the 1 star review. The car had a broken spring , an mot fail , but it was tested only a few days prior to purchase and the flywheel and clutch failed. Followed every rule, photos , independent garage assessment etc etc etc and nothing. Appears as though will need to go down the route legally to claim money back. A loyal customer from when you only had your Hinckley branch has been lost. 3/8/20 - update - no response to phone calls / emails and emails to social@v12 email.
