Sales staff were fantastic all went well until two weeks later my old finance company informed me the existing finance was not paid in the time frame given 7 days settlement figure so I have had to pay off the shortfall of £90 this may not sound a lot but every penny counts so that is why I'm not very happy with the administration staff

I would not even give 1 star! They done my finance application and put a figure that I did not even give when it went to underwriters they checked my payslip and apparently I was giving a completely different figure to what I earn! Why would I give a wrong figure when I know my payslips will be checked?? They did not have the decency to even let me know this has happened! They took my deposit I done the road tax and the insurance. I was told from the beginning finance has been approved so I will not need any documents I was pressured to go down Hinckley to view the car and I can drive it off the same day. They only asked to take driving licence and prove of address, I took the payslip and passport just incase they need it which they asked for if I didn't have it with me they would've made me go back and get it.I drove 2 hours from London with my little baby was waiting all day and was told my finance will not be paid until the next day so we stayed over near Hinckley so we can come back next day and take the car. The sales advisors to finance advisor all were so sure I can take the car next day. Luke tried his best to solve the issue but I felt he did not deal with it professionally, if I was not brown skin maybe they would've dealt the matter with urgency. I am so upset, feel emotional and let down I have wasted a days work my baby fell lll as it was raining and he had a long journey. The stress actually made me so ill that I feel so depressed. If the finance was done properly I wouldn't have had to go through all this! My sister and my friend wanted to buy a car they saw in V12 I advised them not to go! Should stick to car giant or big motoring world. I only went there because of the cars and the value its reasonable but the service is horrendous!

AVOID AVOID AVOID brought a car off this garage a few years ago when it went into Audi for a service was informed it had been involved in a front end accident had a full aa reported stating the car was never involved in any accidents called the aa no joy called the garage as was completely fobbed off the car front bumper had been bent into place when it was repaired didn’t notice this when buying the car for 14000 as you can only tell when the car is jacked up that it’s been hit

Despite a rocky start regarding the call centre staff overbooking resulting in an hour wait past our original booking time along with providing incorrect information, Oliver was able to turn this around with not only his professionalism but also his cheeky charm and knowledge. He ensured he showed us all of the features the car had to offer. He went above and beyond and is an asset to the company. Would highly recommend him if you are buying from V12.

Honesty the review depended on the customer service of V12 and fulfilling the promises they made. Luke, the salesman was great! I know I was a bit annoying with deciding on which 2 cars to buy, but he brought both of them out and gave me the keys to play around, and he already knew which one I was going to go for :) And props to Lewis for sticking to his word, as there was one piece missing from the car which I was promised that it will be shipped straight to my house. And that promise was fulfilled. Great customer service, will definitely come again in future.

We traveled 75 miles and have to say Great car but Poor customer service, We were not informed there was only one key fob until after the transaction had taken place. The sales rep said he would get back to us about it, but of course he did not. We would not have purchased the car if we knew there was only one key fob. Cheapest quote for new programmed key from a Mazda dealer is £285... EDIT: The reply below is not the truth

Adam the cars salesman I dealt with was very helpful, highlighted a range of cars within my price range and preferences, gave good advice, and was not pushy. 4 star rating due to the 128 AA rating not being absolutely accurate, and the post car buying valet could have been better. Non of the above negatives would stop me from recommending V12 S & C.

Went to V12 as they had a car I was interested in, never been bwfore. Part ex my car for a new car today. Booked an appointment over the phone to view and test drive. Arrived and car was ready to go out. Arrived at a good price with the help of Oliver and drove away same day. Both Oliver and Lewis in the handover were very helpful, didn't push anything on me unnecessarily at all, and hopefully both happy with the price! Highly recommended. Oliver the sales guy was very friendly and helpful. After sales was not great, never returned calls or emails. Not very helpful at all. Pick up went ok. We expected a little more information regarding the cars progress. No updates lots of phone calls from us. Finally spoke to a guy who knew what he was doing after 10 Phone calls from us both. Shambles of a place, left £99 deposit to reserve the car and booked a time to go over, upon arrival staff said to look around whilst they get the car, then told car had been sold, not even decent enough to save us the hassle of driving 40 miles and taking time off work to let us know, more worryingly they tried twice to get us to look at other cars available which makes me feel like this is a tactic, be aware future customers.

Great service from V12, i found the car externally from 24/7 car finance so no need to go through their finance. Once it was all done i contacted V12 made an appointment for next day and drove 2hrs to hinckley to collect it. Staff at V12 very helpful and made the buying process very easy. Paperwork only took about 30 mins to do and away i went, only complaint was the car wasn't cleaned but when i mentioned it the salesperson immediately put it in so when i had finished paperwork it was all done. Would recommend V12 highly, thank you guys.

I Came to v12 in Hinckley, I had a appointment At 3 and was seen by Luke O. Which he was amazing, explained everything that I needed to know and more. I bought a Hyundai Ioniq from V12 and was lucky to be assisted by Oliver, who was charming, enthusiastic and professional at all times over they two days I bought the car. Oliver was knowledge and efficient, telling me what I needed to know and volunteering important and helpful information, but he was never pushy. I found myself trusting and liking him a great deal. Oliver made sure the car was ready for me to inspect as soon as I arrived. The car was beautifully presented. Oliver conducted the necessary security checks quickly and competently. I was not able to conclude the deal on the day I saw the car and the next day was a full and busy one for me. Oliver kindly agreed to come into work extra early so I could get my car as quickly as possible. The next day he was ready and waiting with all paperwork ready. I found the process of buying the car relaxing and easy. I was deeply impressed by V12 and by Oliver in particular. Very nice sales man and car very nice. But we had a diamond brite protective coating put on. when we got home you could see it was not done properly and had to finish buffing it off. we was also promised the car would be cleaned inside and out. You could tell nothing had been cleaned

Great experience at V12 Sports and classics, Oliver went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with the car we had chosen, even going to fetch an alternative model to park side by side so we could compare, leaving us to make decisions and chat amongst ourselves as needed, no pressure at all, just friendly, honest advice, oh and he’s got half decent banter too! have to give 1 star because cannot do zero stars. worst place to buy the car, bought BMW 3series, engine management light started flashing and engine oil level decreased to minimum within 4 weeks of the purchase. horrible customer staff to help you. They didnt sort the matter and instead been sending me for diagnostics to different garages. this has wasted so much of my time. Will recommend people to never buy a car from them. worst experience of my life and V12 is the horrible place to do business

Awful experience and wouldn't recommend anyone. Found a car that we liked, booked a click and collect, spent lots on trains to get there just to find out the car had serious faults. Surely they should have been picked up on what they claim a 148 point inspection, if it would have been done. That's already a gross misconduct by a dealer selling a not roadworthy car. Then the dealer lied straight to my face saying the faults weren't what they were, as what I saw on the dashboard was completely different, literally was trying to sell it ignoring the fact the car shouldn't even be on sale. Very disappointed, wasted time and money. AVOID untrustworthy dealer!

Just purchased a car from them over a week ago .customer service we got from Luke was just horrible. He passed me few comments when i asked to give me discount i was told that i wasn't in auction. We asked to speak to the manager we were told that he is busy although we were there 3 hours.i was also told by Luke whether we purchase the car or not it will be sold ( he made me feel cheap skate ) The car had five days M.O.T left and it's already due for service. My husband recommended me this garage as he has been using this garage but surely i won't use them or recommend them to anyone.

Went to Wolverhampton to buy a car it wasn’t what we expected, damaged inside badly. The guy was helpful but a touch too pushy for our liking! we saw a car we wanted but was sold we left but next day got a call to say car was now available we asked for the car to come to Hinckley they did this for us, we went to Hinckley met a guy called Connor who was very helpful and we test drove the car and helped us when we needed it Connor wasn’t pushy at all but he was very helpful on questions we asked we brought the car and also the add ons with it eg diamond brite which makes the car look great our mats arrived 2 days later and it looks brilliant we are over the moon with the car and the service we received. Connor is very approachable and helpful 5*****star. We drove away with our new car hour an half later thanks guys :)

Great staff!!! Thanks to Paul who made sure the transaction went Smooth! But the company could do better by providing delivery service or a warm & safe ‘waiting area for customers (still social distancing) while waiting hours to get their cars set up! I almost got frozen to bits as I waited and stood outside for over 3hrs in cold winter. ???? No drink or seat offered. At least this could have been avoided if I was told earlier on the phone that I’ll be waiting in the cold. Could have waited in the my friend’s car but I told him to go who immediately he dropped me off. Had no idea I ll be kept waiting in the COLD!

Really enjoyed the experience of buying a car from V12 Sports and Classics at Hinckley. It's more like a commercial garage than a car showroom but with great value cars. There are meeting rooms to discuss the cars and carry out the car purchase. So don't be put off by saying initial impressions. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Oliver particularly was good to deal with and helped me through the car purchase.

Had to haggle to get a good part ex value, when given a good one over the phone. Was on the point of leaving, but they came back with a much better offer. Took an age to sort out buying a new car due to Covid measures, which they could better organise buy not having so many appointments at once. Can’t complain about the sales man (Luke) as he was very helpful and did his best. Happy in the end with the deal we got but it could have been made so much easier.

Just had a reply to say that according to their records 'the team' have been in touch to explain the situation, really? I have asked for the email to be sent because I certainly haven't seen one. After I posted the review below a few days ago they replied asking for all the details which I gave them by return. And guess what, I have not heard a thing back, don't ask for further details if you are not going to bother getting back in touch. AWFUL COMPANY Gave 1 star as I could not give 0. On Sunday 2nd May I gave all my details to 2 staff members and both ensured me that my budget was totally fine for a vehicle they had sent me a link for. I travelled nearly 90 miles on the Monday to test drive the vehicle and was told the finance and paperwork was all being sorted. After waiting nearly an hour I was told they could not get close to my budget and that the 2 members of staff should not have said I could purchase the vehicle on my budget. So thanks very much for nearly 6 hours wasted time and petrol.

I've been buying cars from this dealership ever since they opened. The owners are really friendly and genuine people. I go back to them ever 2 years for a upgrade and they always help me out. Well done on V12 for growing their business from Hinckley to all around the UK on their honest and trustworthy staff. I've been to the Wolverhampton, stoke and luton branch too and it's the same friendly service there too. Hopefully they'll get through this pandemic to continue giving their great service to everyone. Cant wait to buy my next car off them!

I bought an Alfa Romeo Mito from this company in October 2020. Baring in mind I had only been driving the car for 5 months the rear baring on the back wheel broke, the oil pumps needed changing AND my head gasket went. All of which cost me over £3000 to repair. I was involved in a 2 month battle to make my warranty company pay my full claims allowance (£2000) for this as it was all manufacturing faults. The garage confirmed there was no way that the issues were not underlying when I bought the car but V12 refused to get involved and did not pay towards any of the repairs. Despite having an AA report written a week before I bought the car that said everything passed and was in perfect condition, I have been without the car for over 2 months now and have over £1000 to pay in repairs. I would NEVER recommend any one I know to buy a car from here. No only this, the mileage on the AA report was higher than the mileage on the receipt I got the day I bought it. After being test driven for the report and by several clients (including myself) even this minor detail now shows me glaring signs of negligence when it came to the attendance they show the cars before tying people into contracts where it falls on them to fix it.

I have to say that Oliver went above and beyond for me and made my experience as easy and possible. He is very professional, funny & someone who makes you feel comfortable and reassure. I purchased a BMW 1 series last Sunday. Car had 5 days mot remaining and 2 weeks service. MOT has been sorted now but at my cost of petrol, mileage and ware and tare. Was advised car would be taken on a trailer but no was driven. Customer services appalling , was told If I dont buy car there not bothered as they will sell anyway. I have been going to this garage for 4 years and always had great service. This one particular advisor had no respect or manners at all. Spent 11k on a car and needs a service. What a joke. Emailed in complaint and no reply as of yet.
