Had my fiat serviced earlier this month. After collection I checked the oil it was well above the maximum setting. I queried this with the service dept and was told that this was not a problem. I looked this up on line and read that this could damage the engine. I contacted the garage again and they agreed to change the oil and fill to the correct level. My husband this week took his Renault for service and mot. The next day we checked the oil and it was black (obviously not changed) He returned to the garage and told them (inc service manager) what he had found, asking them if they had made a mistake. The technician said he had changed the oil and the manager said he had to side with his employee. They did not check my oil themselves just looked at the dirty cloth I showed them. The manager said we would change the oil again and I could watch or have the procedure on video !! I said I just wanted the service I paid for and would return the car the next day. On the return collection he was told by the technician that the oil had been changed as requested and our custom would not be welcome again as we had twice returned our vehicles. What great customer service not one apology !! Would not trust them with my pushbike !!,

I can't praise them too highly. I have an old banger and they treat me and my car with so much respect. Nothing is too much trouble. They give good honsest advice and don't pressurize you into spending money needlessly. I wouldn't go anywhere else after this.
