I am new to vaping, and needed advice on products and liquids. I found the staff to be extremely informative and helpful and spoke to me in great detail about the pros and cons of each product. They offered me a drink, and spent loads of time with me. It was a great experience and I can not recommend them enough!!!!

i visited this store recently, a staff member and manager are very rude and not welcoming at i wouldn't bother spending any money here, there are plenty more vape stores with better customer service. i expect more from a shop that is located close to Hatton garden.

Either there Vapes or VERY overpriced or he was out to rip me off.
I found the vape online for 50% less....
I came into the place looking for the looking for advice on which was the best vape to buy as it was my first time had little knowledge the guy instead decided to rip me off.
I put trust in him to find the best product for me. he didn't think twice about over charging me.
I will now be going out of my way to let everyone I know in the area it steer clear of the place. which in the long run will most likely lose out on the money he over charged me in the first place.

Shop isn't too bad. Went for a new coil because mine was burnt but unfortunately they realised they didn't have the one I needed once they'd emptied out my liquid. You should know what you have in stock and what kit it's suitable for. They didn't even offer to replace the liquid.

Popped in for a new bottle of juice. Service was very friendly, prices are comparable to online. They have a vape deck so you can try out a selection of flavours and they also stock replacement coils, mods etc. Overall great experience.

Fantastic vape shop!
The juice tasting bar is amazing with a good selection of brands and flavours. The store has a really great range of stock from mods to juices. The staff are both extremely knowledgable and helpful about pretty much everything you need to know. 10/10 would buy again.

Now this is what a vape store should be like! The juice tasting machine is nothing like I've seen before. They stock a good range of hardware and some great eliquids that I haven't seen elsewhere. Most importantly though, the staff are really helpful and gave me some great advice on choosing a new mod and tank. Highly recommended!

Great location, wide range of juice and super helpful staff. I'm so happy they've opened and it is now my main vape shop I buy from as their prices are as good or better than elsewhere. They also accommodate all levels of vapers, so there's no need to feel intimidated if you're new to vaping.
I highly recommend a visit. You won't be disappointed.
