Great service replacing my tyres yesterday . Thank you also for your safety advice where one of my wheel nuts had been cross threaded by a different garage. You clearly showed me and explained what I needed to do. Ive taken your advice and my car is booked in the the other garage for tomorrow where they will replace the nut and wheel hub, I'm impressed with the speed of them dealing with this issue for me.

I had my car MOT'd last thursday and once again, very happy with comms and service.
Basically, it's the " little things " that can make a big difference...
I knew I was just out if screen wash as i dropped the car off and again, not a big deal but, as I went to fill it up on Friday, they had filled it up for me and I assume, to tick all the boxes.
Minor details, big difference.

I want to say thank you to Mark, who a few days ago advised me on the wheel balance issue. I thought balance weights were missing on one of the wheels in my car. I saw a tape/glue residue on the inside of the rim with no balance weights on it. I went to see the guys as Setyres with the plan to re-balance the wheels. Guess what? Apparently, it’s typical for the tape/glue to be left on the rim as it is difficult to remove without scratching the surface. There was another set on balance weights on the same rim indicative of the latest re-balance. In the end, I didn’t have to do anything and saved money on balancing. Thank you for the honest advice! I have been using Setyres for quite some time and always been satisfied with the service. It was no exception this time.

It's a real pleasure to visit, the staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing is to much trouble I've been going there for the last couple of years with my camper, the prices are excellent for tyre's I can't thank them all enough, they also do MOT's for car's , I would recommend them every time.

Best MOT and repair garage ever , these guys are super friendly, totally honest and trustworthy ( really important for a female customer ). They have a great 'can do' attitude absolutely nothing is too much bother for them and they have the greatest of respect for the customer. I can tell them I have smelled a funny smell in the car or heard an unfamiliar noise and they don't hesitate they investigate and sort it straight away. Just brilliant service , not expensive at all , I don't know who Setyres Mr or Mrs Big boss is but they ought to be so proud of Lancing branch THANK YOU! :-)
