MOT and service were completed in timely manner. Got home no stamp in service book. Very difficult to get in touch with, numerous calls and messages with no response. Final annoyance, not told they were not doing the usual car wash, same price for a poorer overall service. Not the first time I have had issues, but last time I go to them.

Wanted to post this review having had a fantastic experience buying a used Ford Ranger. Ben J was brilliant from first enquiry to handover. He couldn't have been more proactive, helpful or knowledgeable. Communications were timely, professional and friendly. No detail was missed and what is often a stressful experience became a genuine pleasure. Thanks Ben, can't fault your service. I will certainly be returning to Sandicliffe for servicing etc and hope I'll find the rest of the team up to your exacting standards.

I am still waiting on my money back they said 3 days it should be in my account and I am still waiting I have been ringing them up nearly every day this week 2 find out where my money is and I just keep getting fob off and I am getting really annoyed and angry what else can I do they are a great team but there is no need 2 keep lying 2 people it is not going 2 get them anywhere I have also tang there haed office and complained about it and they don't always answer the phones when a customers rings hence that's why I have only gave them 5 star I have been dealt with by Daniel brid and Darren Smith and laya Cole them 3 are brilliant

Staff were great. Really looked after me and not pushy or keen to get finished dealing with me. Also, this showroom has a food and drinks area which is a great idea. When leaving, they said they'd call me with updates on the car I was after, and they did. Well done. This is how car showrooms should be. Other dealers could learn a lot from here.

Dealt with Steve Hames in Used Cars, exceptional customer service, any issues with the purchase were sorted ASAP, great customer experience! No pushy sales pitch just told you all the different options you can go for when purchasing the car. We don't live near the garage but that wasn't an issue after sales service was still first class!

My wife has just had a new Mazda MX5. She is chuffed to bits with it, even though she says I am too fat to go in it as I might break something. Dean Steed was the sales executive and he could not have been better. When we first went to look at the car (we had the model in the showroom) he was polite , attentive, knowledgeable but not pushy. I know that he is there to sell cars but his attitude was brilliant as far as we were concerned. I just hope the after sales service is as good. This is the first time we have bought from Sandicliffe Mazda and can only go by this occasion. I do recommend the company and of course Dean and his brother. Thanks.

I have always used Sandicliffe Welford Road for many years. Staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is to much trouble. My daughter also uses them for her cars. We would not go anywhere else.

Bought 2nd car from them, even though they said it had an MOT when I got home there was clearly some things that would not have passed an MOT even with a blind tester. When taken back they bodge fixed the problem. After numerous trips back and forth they fixed the issue, worrying as hell they think that the fixing they did was acceptable.

Car booked In for 50,000 mile service 2 weeks ago with Courtesy Car. Phone call received an hour ago advising no courtesy cars available and if I was willing to sit in the dealership they will rush it through! Message left asking for service manager to call and never heard anything back and still waiting now.

MOT for a three year old eco boost fiesta. Told £40.00 with an hour and a half wait,when booking two days previous. Waited three hours and was charged £45.00. No explanation or apology!. Still....was £40.00... ish and was 90... ish minutes,give or take 90,so i give them five stars! give or take a few!

My Ranger went in for a new rear view mirror as the rain sensor was not working, new part fitted but after testing it myself at a local filling station with a watering can found that it would not work. Contacted Sandiciffe Welford Road, booked it in as they would have a look at it this morning, told that I would have to leave it there if I need the problem sorting, no curtsey car available. Staff very nice but service very poor, there are still smaller dealers around but avoid Evans Halshaw they are just as bad.

I've bought vehicles from Sandicliffe before, as has my late father. You have, however, forever lost me as a customer due to my latest experience at your Welford Road dealership. I test drove a vehicle twice on different days (Simon Schofield was the salesperson). After the second test drive I emailed Simon to suggest a deal (change of tyres as they were badly worn). He called my landline whilst I was out and spoke to my wife. He said that he would accept the deal based on the email I had sent so the vehicle was mine. When I returned home (less than an hour later) I rang Simon but he explained that the vehicle had been sold!! He gave the reason that another salesperson had sold it without him knowing, but he also explained that the buyer was happy to buy without the change of tyres (making the REAL reason I had been 'gazumped' quite clear). A very unprofessional practice and, as a result, you've lost my trade forever. I hope it was worth it.

Just bought another car from Sandicliffe, probably my last too. Nothing wrong with the sales teams and I have spent over 40k in the last 5 years with them, BUT, they have now introduced a stupid and idiotic sales policy - In return for you giving them your business they feel they are doing you a favour and have started to charge an admin fee of £79 for the privilege, well you know what Reg Tutt - stick it where the sun doesn't shine. I am doing you a favour by buying from you - You do know I can go elsewhere don't you? I will never pay an admin fee - not ever! - You've waived it this time and to keep my business you will always waive it - utter stupidity in bringing that one in. Its like buying a washing machine and at the checkout being charged an extra £30 for the privilege of being served!!! And also it seems you only want to give a 30 day warranty on a car just out of manufactures warranty - Even the back street shysters give 3 months, Oh and I guess you've never heard of the Sales of Goods Act - covered for 6 months. So get a grip Reginald and start treating your customers right and stop behaving like one of those cheapo airlines where they even want to charge for using the facilities.

Time waster at service - twice already they have fooled around. First they kept my car in 2 days trying to daignose something and said they would have to open the gearbox and it would cost me a 1000 GBP just to diagnose. Went to a normal mechanic and for under 100 GBP they fixed the car - just needed fuel filter changing. Then was forced to go to them to have a car lock barrell constructed - apparently only Ford can make them, given an appointment and quoted a price but on the day was told it would take much and cost a lot more than what I was quoted My advice - dont waste your time with these unprofessional stooges.
