Visited during Hackney Wonderland 2016. Large room with reasonable acoustics but no soul. The ventilation problem is a real one; beware if you suffer from hay fever.

Modern and contemporary offices in the the containerville site with a classic car restorer next door and a black and Gray Bedford ex military truck on the turning circle, Cambridge Heath station is nearby and the grand union canal is easy to access with a fair array of shops in the area.

Bad ventilation (I go to gigs all the time, this was hottest and least ventilated I've ever ever attended) + £5 for a really warm can of cider is absolutely rubbish, not even an attempt to serve a cold drink. Not recommended.
