Worst Superdrug store ever. Very misleading with their sale prices. The price tags I would say are 90% either in the wrong place or very misleading. The staff needs to spend more time on organising their store and make sure the customer aren’t cheated. I’ve been going to this store for several years, just because it’s convenient on my way to work.

SELLING USED ITEMS AND THEN REFUSE TO REFUND CUSTOMERS. BEWARE. If I could give them no stars I would. Literally had the most awlful experience here. I literally purchased a bottle of perfume. I went across the road to grab some food and opened the product. Before opening the item I thought to myself the packaging looks a bit odd almost like it was opened and had been glued back together. As soon as I opened a quarter of the perfume has already been used. I returned to the store within 10 mins of making the purchase and showed the sales associate who served me. She called a man by the name of Tamba. He was extremely rude to me and told me I would not get a refund nor exchange. I explained that I literally purchased the item 10 mins ago. He refused to listen and began saying there was nothing he could do and I would have to call head office. This is completely unacceptable especially as I returned to the store less than 10 mins of purchasing the item. Can't believe they are employing people like Tamba who clearly has not had any customer service training. This Tamba should be kept in the stock room as he clearly doesn't know how to speak to customers.

10/02/2021 At 6:50 pm While Shopping in Superdrug this evening with my friend, one of your employees approached me. And I quote what he said to me “ Next time you best leave this shop when we say ‘leave’ because we had incident with the police here” I was totally shocked and confused as not knowing what was he on about as the last time I was in your store was in Mid January doing my monthly shop there. After explaining to the employee “I recently died my hair less then a week ago” I’m totally disgusted that I’ve been accused that I’ve never even done. It would of been nice if the employer approached me and explained the situation and not accuse me. I hope this can be resolved because I do not wish to be in that situation again.

Visited Superdrug in Holborn for vaccination. All the staff are friendly and courteous. The resident health specialist is excellent. She managed to sort out a problem with the booking, did all the appropriate pre checking and questions, and gave me well informed advice. The jab was easy and nearly painless. I highly recommend the health service here!

1) the management today have no idea, searching for through the prices of the broken items, two items the one with the candle in is £2 but the same product without 5? she questioned me what i was looking at as if i was the problem but clearly your store has no idea to mark things correctly.. 2) the Pharma tic in your store this morning around 8.30 am i would like to say straight up is rude and needs customer service training asap because her attitude and behaviour is point blank rude shouting 5 metres away from me for reading in the instructions of a bleach box as if i would as its a blank box without any instructions on the outside.., she heightened to my anxiety to the point i put the box in front of her showed her all the products inside and asked her not to speak to me like that, i explained that people have underlying issues and if you work in customer service front stores you should be more understanding especially working in pharmaceuticals her reply was ''your not that special darling'' i suffer from severe depression and social anxiety but it was aimed for people in general WAS NOT SPEAKING ABOUT MYSELF was just genuinely pointing out as its her job, bless the next person she does this too because i have never felt so uncomfortable and embarrased in my life spoke to your manager blatantly as that behaviour is kind of worrying for a someone who continues to visit your store as i work round the corner, i shall not be visiting anymore. Apart from your manager today and your pharamastic, your staff are nnothing but kind and helpful.

A poor customer service experience. 1 staff member on to serve a massive queue in the morning rush. Was informed a lady had been 'waiting', so she skips the queue. Then her friend joins her with another 20+ items and when challenged the shop assistant and the queue jumper all just carry on like normal. Don't waste your time or energy here, there's a Boots across the road that is much better.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITIHIN THE HIGH STREET. So where do I start well if I would give (-) zero stars if I could. At HQ You really need to improve your customer service specially when retail is struggling due to covid as well impacting and changing the way customers purchase. After my experience I had in this store I can see why there is trend of people purchasing online or going elsewhere. You must take note of the same theme of complaints at this branch. Why don't you send in a mystery shopper I am sure they will highlight issues. Here is my experience I have been to this branch on many occasions I dealt with moody and unfriendly employees and especially the branch manager who is rude. So today I popped in to purchase a few items, as I came to the till I was on an important call, I put the caller on hold and asked the sales assistant to provide a bag. He than asked me to pay £18.65. I then ask the sales assistant where is my bag he then replies you were on the phone. Rather than just offering a bag and acknowledging his mistake he started to provide a lecture that I shouldn't be on the phone. In my mind I'm thinking what the hell. Anyway he wanted to make a point and asked for wait 5p which I had to pay on my card. The manager walks past and doesn't even step in when I asked them is how they provide exceptional customer service and he nodded to say let's forget about it. Also It is the same manager that every other reviewer has complained about.This branch is so bad. There is no such customer service. The sales assistant literally argued with me that I should not be on the phone whilst clearly I told. My life doesn't stop because I come to Superdrugs. Here is picture below of him arguing. His badge also wasn't correct as it did not match the name on the till. The whole entire staff need to go to go a customer service school or school wherepeole learn manners. Learn to be human. Show empathy. Be Kind. Go the extra mile. We live in a digital age. This behaviour might have worked 10 years ago but not now. To remind customers are not an annoyance; get yourselves together and show a smiling face.

I’m a regular customer, never had any problems and found the girls very friendly. Today I was served by two females who have not served me before. I think both or at least one was a team leader. I asked if they had a product in store and they told me they did. I knew this as I had checked online and could see the product in store. Without checking downstairs or in the stockroom, one proceeded to tell me that it isn’t in stock. So I asked her you just told me it was but she didn’t really have an answer. I asked again when I was at checkout buying my other items and she said it was on her way or in the stockroom. For me, it seemed sheer laziness that they just didn’t want to go into the stockroom. Very poor customer service and it is a shame.

The manager or whoever the dark skin guy is that was wearing the black headset on 22.JAN.2020 at/or about 15:01:41 lacks customer care and has a bit of an attitude! I think he should be kept in the back taking inventory in order to avoid little to no interaction with customers.

My friend and I came in to actually see what range of long wear lipstick they have and there were testers and some ranges did not have testers. The security guard Ben was very aggressive in his approach in telling my friend not to open the lines that did not have testers. She asked if there were testers available and a shop assistant named Raza came to help but also got rude and defended the security guard and said he was "being right". Not sure what being right is. But I asked her if she was serious she said yes. She told us to go check with the brand as Superdrug does not have testers to that the brand. In my opinion that is a poor example of customer service. She also indicated that Superdrug does not stock testers for all of its merchandise so we should go back to NYX. Walked off with an attitude and went to the till. When my friend went to pay for the stuff she left the tills and another employee served her. In a market where people buy things online. When people come into the store, it would be good to actually show them some modicum of customer service.There was a lady who was restocking the shelves and was actually more helpful and attentive. If all of the others were like that, it might help the branch. Superdrug needs to send that whole branch to a customer service course including the security guard and Manager.

My experience was ok. I was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price. Don't get decieve by the hours on Google maps. Those hours are for the pharmacy only and do not reflect the store hours. Check their website for accurate hours.

Used the store's travel vaccination clinic when I couldn't get an NHS appointment short notice. Easy to book, lovely staff. I was worried they might try to oversell me their products but felt I recieved very impartial, clear advice on both occasions I went. Would recommend.

Had the worst eye lash application experience. I had to remove them a few hours after application. They were not aligned on my lash line properly and not even adhered properly. Such a waste of money. Make sure to hire qualified staff. The lady even refused to reapply them for me even after i complained. Shame

I was served by a man called Christian, he was extremely rude. I have never experienced such rude customer service ever. I wrote a complaint to Superdrugs and they never even got back to my email. I am absolutely appalled by the customer services.

I think this is the most well stocked Superdrug I've ever been in. I got so many Slimfast products here including the new Cafe Latte tub and Mint & Chocolate drink. They were also on sale: score! The staff were nice enough, too. I will certainly come back to this store in the future.

I would give zero stars if I could. You really need to improve your customer service and professionalism. Had so many occasions I dealt with moody and unfriendly employees and especially the branch manager is very very rude. Customers are not an annoyance; get yourselves together and show a smiling face.

Today I was shopping at Superdrug high holborn (WC1V 7DA) and I was served by cashier Clena. When she asked me to pay, I found that the price of the interdental brush is 1.3 pounds more expensive than on the price tag. I told her the different and she becamevery impatient and rude. I then had to take a picture to show that I was not lying. Cashier Ben J. then kindly went to check the tag and gave to me a correct price. I was not very much unsatisfied with the fact that the price on the cashier machine is different from the price tag, but more irritated by the attitude of Clena. She definitely ruins the good impression on Superdrug that I had. I hope that you could put more effort on training the staff so as to improve customers' shopping experience.

The employees didn't help me at all, also when i tried to pay by card which is international card and they needed to authorise with the bank, but the problem is without any explanation cashier took my card and was calling someone and putting my card details on the phone. Very rude and at the end i didn't even get the products, wasted my time and then he was telling you're the one who wasted my time! What's that mean, i was trying to buy things and he should at least say sorry, never going back there

Wish I could give zero stars. Staff members working there are very rude. Called in to enquire about a mediaction, was told to stay on the line as one of the staff member was not sure. I was put on line for over 5 minutes and I could hear members laughing and giggling at the background. My call was then hung up by someone. Truly a disgraceful pharmacy!!!!

Horrible store. I'm staying at the nearby Rosewood Hotel so I went there in spite of their extremely limited selection. I was watched like a hawk even though I was nicely dressed and the short, bald, dark skinned manager was incredibly rude to me. He claimed he had to call some bank card approval place for sales over ten pounds and rejected my card with no explanation even though American Express approved it. Later, American Express informed me he had no right to do that and it was against the merchant agreement American Express has with this store. He wouldn't let me speak to the approval agency he phoned and offered no explanation or alternative. I was going to spend over fifty pounds. I didn't like the way he spoke to his female staff either. He was condescending. His superiors should take notice he is violating merchant agreements and losing customers and sales.

Usually come in here with my small dog, which I carry (as I do all other Superdrug stores with no issues) but the new team leader at this branch is a rude man with a strong dislike and prejudice towards dogs. He would not let me step foot into the store because "only guide dogs are allowed", when I called the Superdrug help centre they did not say that only guide dogs are allowed into their stores, but that it is up to the team leader's discretion. I could understand that if I had an unruly or aggressive dog but that is not the case. There is no specific rule banning me from carrying my pup into the store which means that this man is not "just doing his job", he is putting his personal feelings towards dogs ahead of customer service. This kind of unjustified intolerance towards pet owners should be unacceptable in stores.

Every time they just forgot to give me the freebies and charged me more if I want it back. And they also refund less than the purchase price if you return the product, because of the useless Superdrug "points". And the cashiers always rushing you to pay, no service at all.
