There are some good bargains to be had here and I am really pleased with the office chair I purchased for £50. The experience wasn't exactly smooth tough. I visited on one day and was offered a chair for £50 which had a small staim so we agreed they would try to clean it and give me a call if it came out OK. They didn't call me so the next day I called them and they said the stain hadn't come out. So a couple of days later I went back to look for an alternative, only to see the same chair, with the stain gone at £70. I querried the guy who served me and he agreed to give it to me at the original £50. Not sure what happened there but it didn't sit right. Overall though I think it's great place to go for quality used office furniture and I was visit again.

Hit and miss service from the staff, it's like they aren't sure whether their showroom job is to help you or not. Nevertheless, we completed an order via email because the inventory that they carry is good. The delivery staff are the most attentive in the whole process and conduct the assembly on arrival. They are the most professional people in Andrews. They messed up our billing (charged us twice), kept telling us that we hadn't paid for 7 days and only apologised for the business disruption and stress (and double payment) they caused us after an email of complaint with a cursory "sorry our service did not meet your expectations". Mr Andrews probably spends his time frequenting golf courses not to care about the business ops or service. Ultimately, they got the money in advance, what more would they care. Nevertheless, prices are good, the inventory is better than most other office furniture shops, particularly if you don't have the intention to use an interior planner or designer. The showroom is hard to navigate and they don't have all the pieces on show, it's more for the second-hand items, which don't offer that much better value unless you want a top-of-the-range swivel chair.

Good selection, but service is awful; twice arranged delivery, twice wasn't delivered after I'd stayed in all day. Asked for explanation, was told someone would call me back. Of course, they didn't. Currently debating cancellation.

There's a lot of stock to look at, but the service was pretty awful. The guy who was 'helping' me spent about 40 seconds before walking off; odd as there were no other customers at the time. More importantly the prices were ludicrous for the state of some of the secondhand goods.
