I had a problem with an order it took too long to come than the usual time.The manager and a tall guy they were really kind to me and helped me.I would give 4 stars for North’s Face system update and warehouse service but I’ll give 5 cuz guys were really helpfull with me and I’m really pleased with how they treat their costumers.Kind stuff thank you guys I’ll consider this store again.

Went to do a simple return of an item, where the manager (Eastern European) looked at my receipt and the coat (which was all above board)... All fine thus far. But then, I was put to one side and made to wait so they could serve a Jewish lady and her son who were buying and not in the queue. No explanation and after a 20 minute wait the refund took literally 30 seconds . So I can only ascertain that the punishment for returning a North Face item is rude staff and a 20 minute wait whilst people buying take precedence. Will not be returning and will urge friends and family to avoid the Bent Cross branch

Staff very helpful and attentive. Go out their way to make sure all your queries are answer. I apologise for making them keep going in the stock room to check my sizes. But saying so, because of the staff treatment, I have been to the stores twice in 3 days. A good impression is a lasting one. Thank you for your services.

As a customer I can only give my opinion on the sales assistants whom were truly wonderful! Keep going guys, I know exactly, and first hand how hard it is to work in an environment where you are promoted to be against each other and not work as a team. Now as a worker, this NF store is one of the worst stores to work for. The manager Javier and either assistant manager or supervisor Agnieska are truly horrid people. They run the store like a prison, and even tell you not to "be friends" with your team member. I have no idea how this is alright as every business should work equally and as a team. On team meetings Agnieska leaves the team and separates herself, and Javier's need to please her makes him do the same, isolating themselves from the team that works with them is a horrible way to manage a business. I would advise you to come work here if you have a similar approach of work. Also if you plan to only work temporally as when I was here all the staff were very unhappy by how it is run. Agnieska has zero respect for anyone because she believes her title allows her to do whatever. Similarly when I reported her for behavior that doesn't apply to business guidelines Javier refused to write her up, but I was written up instead - shocking right. Also if you will be promised more than you will get, different people have different pay sets and oh, if you leave not on their terms, or even on their terms they will make sure you don't get paid properly! Be very, very careful if you are going to work here, or come with an open mind and disassociate yourself from them and the team! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I just left the store and I’ll never comeback. The attendants they’re completely unprofessional and dry. They need a costumer service course immediately. They acting like nothing happens or you’re invisible. I came to buy some winter jacket but after the cold treatment I had. I prefer to spend my money in another place. Please guys say hello! Welcome! but don’t put angry face. We’re paying your salary.

I had a coat bought for me about 5 years ago and both zips have stopped working. So I took the coat into the store to see what they could do as it's not really my fault the zips have stopped working. Zips are supposed to not break on a supoosedly "good brand" such as northface. I spoke to the manager and They said they couldn't do anything and if I wanted to have it fixed I would have to pay for it. Obviously I was annoyed and I said the northface brand is terrible and a unreliable product considering the money they charge. I told him to throw the coat away and as I walked away the manager said I was rude......I turned back at him and I said what's wrong with me saying the northface brand is a joke and unreliable? He told me never to go to the store again. Unbelievable customer service and from the guy who thinks he's having a great career as a "manager". Bottom line is northface is not a high end product considering the money they charge. I won't be buying another northface again as they use cheap materials and it doesn't last. It's true if you buy cheap you have to buy twice. Northface is cheap. Cheap materials. Great customer service guys!!! Well done.
