I am very pleased of the girl who works there - she was extremely nice, kind and helpful. I went to JD sports on the 2nd floor and I had the worst experience there with staff members being rude , unhelpful and impatient getting me nervous to a point I couldn’t imagine was possible - I was trying to buy a pair of Timberland shoes there and someone told me that there was a Timberland store on the first floor . So glad that I went there and I picked an even better model from the one that I saw and wanted to buy at JD sports. I don’t know if this review will get to that girl but if it did I just want to say - girl thank you , may God bless you with all the health and luck - you made my day brighter and made me keep my faith in humanity. People like you should get a raise and be considered gold by the managers and owners of the store!

Clean and tidy store, staff were helpful. I went there to collect timberlands I had brought online. I was asked for ID upon collection, this was not stated in the email. So i would say, always make sure you have your purse with driving licence when collecting an item from here.

Timberland have got a great sale on at the moment, I went in a week ago got a loose with the bank card. Took some t shirts away but the sizes were wrong as different shirts come up different sizes if you choose a small in one type it isn’t a small in another style. Not the staffs fault but still strange.so brought them back to exchange, had no trouble.
The manager (didn’t grab his name ) young fella couldn’t of been more helpful or pleasant despite being pulled in every direction by shoppers he was still keeping an eye on every customer he was dealing with spot on, also the young girl working there equally as nice and helpful. In a time where young people are getting bad press I think it’s important to recognise nice young hard working people best customer service out of all the shops in Brent Cross

got s great pair of boots that was on sale. The range of sizes was very good as I generally have issues buying shoes from high street shop due to needing a larger size. The service was also very good from a young lad called Nathaniel who gave you a feeling that he could not do enough for you.

had to return still awaiting credit was charged 3 times.
reordered size 10.5 received size 6.5
amazing service they must put a lot of planning in to be this BAD .
spoke to Elina AT CUSTOMER SERVICED 09.27 WHO hung up on me saying it was not her fault but the boot pickers. I did point out to her that she was in the customer helpine answering the call , her response was to slam the phone down...........

Didn't had the color variations for quite a few boots and was advised to order online as they do not sell all the shoes that are available online.
Happened to be quite busy as I have been during Black Friday and the assistants were quite busy and not really helpful.

Went in to this shop for a gift vouchers and had to wait for the manager to actually help another staff to do a gift voucher even though there was another collegue to help but was sent off to do something else when they finally got to me the manager hasn’t even got the gift voucher and starts talking about terms & conditions for a gift voucher just wasted 25mins of my life.
