Really Nice staff who had a laugh and a good conversation with us. We were in at 10am so probably weren’t brow beaten by the masses. Said they often have to put up with a lot rude and nasty people. Which is mad. Gave us a discount for being polite and smiley.

My personal favourite shoe store. Always helpful and polite service with prices that suit the shoes. The quality is very good. They sell men's and woman's shoes along with other accessories like bags and glasses.

Decent shoe shop. I went to Aldo in Bromley to make a return. Online it shows the store closes at 1900 on Sunday. When I arrived just now at 1825 the lady was packed up ready to leave. Told me to come back tomorrow then she was out the door by 1830. Have a word Aldo.

I bought a pair of very nice, smart and comfortable shoes here and after six months they broke. Staff were amazing and found an alternate pair and helped replace them. I've had shoes from here for years, they are always comfortable but this latest level of customer service has spurred me on to write this review.

I went to Aldo store this afternoon 1.08.17.This store is my favorite for shoes and bags, unfortunatelly the rudeness of one of the staff let me so down and felt so upset.Her name is FABIANA.Her approached and the tone of her voice is so humiliating Imagine I was with my daughter and other customers and she has no consideration at all for her rudeness.But PERRY her collegues is so kind and re-assurred me.Unfortunately the manager is not on.I left the store so upset.....
