Their own front door shows very different opening times from when they actually open. Today after driving through rainy weather and terrible traffic I arrive there. The front door is locked but there are staff inside. They say they closed 40 minutes ago. According to their front door they should be open for another 20 minutes.

Should be minus 10 stars after this awful experience and by the looks of it head office doesn't care as long as the ???? are coming in. As trade I've been using TPS Oxford for a number of years buying parts over the counter and also having parts delivered with cash payment on delivery all that without any questions but on this occasion I couldn't get a quote on a particular part because I didn't have an account highlighted the above to the sales assistant but was not willing to even quote a price.

Turned up to site four minutes before the advertised closing time, after driving twenty miles through traffic to get here only to find site closed!!!! What an absolute waste!! Really not pleased ????
