This guy sold me a car 4 years ago he took my car as part exchange and basically ripped me right off. He kept me hanging on to collect my car until it was dark so I obviously couldn’t see the real state of what I was buying. After getting home I realised the car was In quite a bad state so tried to contact him which proved fruitless. His staff answered the phone and said he wasn’t there but didn’t put the phone down properly so I heard the women say .”are you calling him back” then listened to them all laughing . Eventually I got vosa and trading standards involved and it turned out the car had 12 mot failures even though it came with 12 months mot!! It took me months to get my money back so please anyone thinking about buying a car off this scam artist BEWARE! And avoid at all costs he is a cowboy !

The place is small and friendly and car sales men try there best for the consumer in all aspects of the process from looking at the car & test drive.

When buying a car I am always sceptical of using second hand car dealerships. Although I have knowledge of buying cars I always feel I may pay out more than I initially wished for or that there may be an issue with the vehicle. However, I was pleasantly surprised about the service I received. We are a small family so our requirements for our 'next' car were quite specific. When I conveyed our wish list to the guys at the dealership and they were able to offer us a decent selection of cars which did meet our needs & were in our price bracket. The patience, care and attention the guys placed with us throughout the buying process was admirable. We ended up driving away with the exact car we wished for & at the right price. The vehicle was presented to us clean, it had all the documentation in place & was also checked over at the service garage. This type of customer service leaves a lasting impression, one which I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend maranello car to anyone.
Brought my c class coupe for them back in September and I'm over the moon. Mr Rana was very professional and had great product knowledge. On collection he connected both mine and my wife's mobile phones to the blue tooth, he all so talked us through all the cars functions.
The service was outstanding????

Arraigned a test drive on a honda civic type R (ep3) Thursday for today (Saturday) drive over 30 miles to get there for me not to have a test drive because the bloke I spoke to couldn't be bothered to tell anyone about it for today absolute waste of time and fuel....this car is not sold as you have replied and I didn't email you I was in contact by phone and the excuse you used was you was cycling batteries on 2 cars pinning it in which you offered me to come back next week to test drive it but i declined so DONT LIE about not being able to test drive a car because it's sold when its still for sale poor way to run a business

professional car a joke ... I bought a vehicle at the so-called car dealer on September 8, 2018 at today's date I still waiting for him to send me by mail my double of key. several messages send and always the same answer. either the parcel has returned home or he does not know what I'm talking to him about. a real puppet to flee. I will never do business with him again.
I am the French buyer of the blue golf I am good in your client file but it's like every time you pretend not to know who I am always an excuse and here is the way to treat customers. if you want I can publish the invoice of the vehicle. it's like the guarantee that I paid I'm still waiting for proof to mail this guarantee. so do not make every time do not know who I am I contacted you several times on networks such as Facebook Instagram and Snapchat for double the key

Sourced an absolutely fantastic Audi from Deepak and the guys at Maranello, couldn't find a better one anywhere else nationally and at a really competitive price too. Buying process was a pleasure, got a good trade-in price on mine and a very good deal on the car I was buying. Car was bought sight unseen but was exactly as described, in spot on condition, valeted ready for pick up and with some fuel in to get me home too! Recently did a deal with these guys on 2 cars for me and my wife . Dealer even delivered the cars 60 miles to me as I was struggling to make it over because of work commitments . Would definetly buy a car from these guys again and the salesman Mark was really helpful in helping us get finance on both vehicles with good interest rates.

Absolutely stunning service from start to finish. Saw a BMW I wanted on the website - spoke to Deepak on the phone, who was very professional and arranged a viewing. Once I got to the showroom I was welcomed with the car all ready for me to view and also to test drive. The listing on the website was exactly want I was presented with, an absolutely stunning motor. Utterly dreadful. Didn't repair, service or valet car before collection, and said it had a 12-month MOT done in-house despite the car having clear faults that would not get through an MOT. (Suspect they're giving out dodgy MOT certificates.) They're now refusing to return our deposit. They'll probably say this is a fake review, but I've got photos of the car and their documentation and am now taking this to the local press, trading standards and BBCs Rogue Traders. As are quite a few other disgruntled customers. See you on telly, Marinello...

Avoid at all costs, these men are con men. I brought a VW Golf of these lot a few years back when they were trading as "Trade car sales" and i rang up to put a deposit on a car and i was reassured it was refundable, however when i got there to see all the faults with the vehicle mostly cosmetic on the exterior or interior the guy then says that deposits are not refundable as stated on their website. Anyway i ended up purcahsing the vehicle as a trade otherwise i would lose £500. Also the car was advertised with two keys, however on day of viewing and then collecting the car the one key was yet to be found, and i was assured it would be posted to me, however this did not happen, obviously because the car did not have 2 keys. The car had many faults there after mostly mechanical , so honestly avoid this place and be careful they change their name regularly !!

Before I buy anything i now have got into a habit of reading online reviews first, after reading the reviews of this company when needing to buy a car i was sceptical but the location to my house was quite close and the deals on their website looked good so i thought I would check it out.
On arrival i was given a warm welcome by a chap cleaning a car and promptly told he would get someone to help me, from this moment until the time i eventually drove the car i purchased off the premises i was extremely pleased with the service and level of attention i received! so much so I told a couple of friends who were looking to purchase cars to pop in and see them!
All 3 of us could not be happier with the company the services provided and the cars we purchased!
I feel as though some of the feedback i read through before i purchased my car are at worst misunderstandings as some of the comments made about the staff and owner there could not be further from the truth, i do appreciate everybody has different expectations and obviously you treat each customer as you see fit but from the personal experience of 3 people i can honestly say for a car sales company they have been one of the most honest to deal with!
Thankyou very much for an enjoyable sales experience and know that when the upgrade is needed i will most certainly be back!

AVOID! Mis-sold me my car, advertised it with lots of extras which the car didn't have! When I got home I also found the boot liner from VW was missing from the car. When emailing the company, I received a very rude email back and the company are now ignoring all emails from me. I have yet to receive the boot liner that they have taken from my car.
The owners are very rude and you will not receive any sort of customer service from them! I would avoid the hassle and save your money and go elsewhere!

I purchased a vw golf gtd mk7 a year ago, excellent service, helpful staff, they were honest about the car's history that it's been used for Business purposes therefore the milage was higher. I did another 16 000 miles since then and yet the car still runs perfectly. I would deffinitely recommend Maranello cars.
