FP provide our postal franking machine and have done for many years, i dont recall having any issues with the machine and the service and response time for any queries is always A*. Great, professional team and always very cheerful and helpful.

We have worked with them since 2015 and they have been great with our postal requirements. They call regularly to check if everything is ok and if we need more supplies, which is a great help to us so we always have enough supplies. I can't fault their customer service and their professionalism.

FP provides world-class franking machines and their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our business uses one of their Mailmark machines for a couple of years now and we never had issue with it. An they are flexible should you need increased postage too. If hand-picking through the all 21 franking machine vendors authorised by Royal Mail in the UK goes by anything, then it is FP base on personal experience. Keep up the good work you do!

I have worked with them since 2014, and it's reassuring to still get the regular courtesy call (thank you Raman). In addition, their products are very long lasting because I placed an order for ink for the franking machine in 2017, and it still hasn't been used :-).

Totally miss-sold a long term lease fro some equipment we could afford to buy outright, was told it was a 2 year lease and my agreement ended up being 6 years! paying over the odds. the company don't even want to acknowledge the query, so I have to take it to trading standards and the FCA.
