excellent service. appointment system works fantastically, giving me the freedom to explore all options available with out having to avoid other customers. staff were happy to show me anything i wanted and gave me undivided attention with out being over bearing or pressuring at any time. ordering was very quick and easy.

Rachael was very efficient and had thorough knowledge about the mattress choices given to me once I had completed "sleep match". They were welcoming and friendly offering me water upon entering. Definitely recommend Dreams Potters Bar

The store was Covid aware and we felt safe during the whole visit in store. Cam was very helpful and explained the different types of mattresses, he was very good at directing us around the store to see the products we requested and he never pushed hard for a sale which is important to us. We will be back to make a purchase very soon.

This large, spacious store, has an excellent range of both beds and mattresses. It meets all budgetary requirements, from inexpensive to luxury items, all of which offer a great night's sleep. I visited this store, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by a charming and helpful manager, Kirstine. I told her how much I wanted to spend and was shown to an area, where a wide selection of mattresses were waiting to be tried out. After rolling around on several mattresses, I picked out the one I wanted and headed to the desk to give my details. The follow-up service, after purchase, was exemplary and involved negotiation for delivery date, which includes a two hour delivery slot, texted by phone on the day before delivery ( so you don't have to wait in all day!). The gentlemen who delivered my new mattress, took off their shoes upon entering the house, before carrying the new mattress upstairs. They took the wrapping off and laid it on my bed for me and then took away the old mattress away. They also told me, if I wasn't happy with the mattress, I could exchange it as long as it was kept clean and unmarked (what more could one ask for). Dreams is undoubtedly the best place to buy your new bed and mattress, their style, customer service and professionalism is first class and in my opinion, can't be bettered. We bought what we needed only because we already made up our minds from checking their website. We were not impressed with the staff and don't forget, there is no dreams parking. Their website says parking available but they meet pay and display public parking.

So my 85 year old mother took delivery of a new bed ,the guys who installed it were great,however as it has castor and is on a wooden floor my mother just spent £1200 on a skateboard as this is how difficult it is to get in and out of.
On calling customer services they stated they could 're attend at a cost of £38 to make the bed usable and safe.
Considering the fact that sales were aware at the time of purchase where the bed was located and the surface it would be placed on ,we strongly believe castor cups should have been installed or recommended. I have just driven for 2 hours to make the bed usable and ensure my mother's safety thank you so much Dreams you should rename your customer service nightmares

Poor finish to their service! Staff in store were helpful and we are happy with the product. Staff delivering dragged the mattress (in the cover) through a puddle and up the stairs damaging the wall and door frame. 3 months later they have failed to resolve this issue and I have had to chase them up continuously.

EXTREMELY POOR service received with continuous mix ups and poor customer care!
1) Received/order placed for wrong bed
2) wasn't asked in store whether I wanted assembly!
3) Had to call customer service to add assembly which then cost me an extra £9.95 to get a Saturday delivery!
4) Mattress was then not delivered with my delivery as it had been sent to the store!
Denville (Acting store manager) is the only reason why review got 2 instead of 1 star as he did his best to resolve the situation and in the end helped me carry mattress home as live nearby.

The staff helped me in every second and tried to give me clear explanations about how to put the bed all together. The delivery lived up to my expectations, they said they would come between 9:15am to 11:15 and they called me at 9:15am saying they’d come in 20 mins.
