This company has one of the poorest managements I have ever worked under. The managers are clueless on how to set proper goals, and most of them are incapable of handling employees. They set unrealistic expectations, some of which are not even worth setting goals about. Also, the company needs to offer better compensation for the employees.

I am not happy with the way customer service treats people. They ask you to do most of the troubleshooting while they guide you and often use unproven techniques to resolves customer issues. They need to come up with better solutions that work the first time, so I don't have to call them again and again for the same problem and wait for them to come up with a solution that works.

Their customer support doesn't seem competent enough to know about the software they're selling. I had a lot of questions and clarifications that I need help with, but I wasn't satisfied with the help i got, and the answers provided to me. Please hire more knowledgeable customer support.

The company mostly relies on a trial and error system. It is not cost effective, and time effective. So much money and time wasted, and is very unprofessional and an unlikely process to do by an expert in the industry

As the company is more interested in technology than strategy and sharing where it plans to go with the employees, the employees are frustrated. Many of them resign, and some just walk out the door without giving them a notice!

The software provided by this company is not up to the mark. It is difficult to understand and didn't lead to hefty savings which the company had promised when I was thinking of buying it. The customer service team is also not very skilled.
