The shell Bridgetown petrol station In Stratford-upon-Avon has some of the cleanest pumps around. So nice not to see the usual black greasy grime coating all the pump housing and pistol. Keeping hands and clothes clean when filling up is important. Well done.

Genuinely the worst designed forecourt in the world. - People queueing from both sides and not enough space on either side to drive round. - Just to top it off, the pumps don't stretch far enough to be able to fill from the opposite side.

Does anybody understand the Shell pay and go service? I don't, spend ages in your car trying to get the app working when you could just pay at pump or go inside. Anyhow when I was there half the QR codes had blown away anyway so I didn't get to waste my time with that. They do have a service where someone will fill up for you but he looked busy so I filled up myself. Plenty of food and snacks inside and its open 24/7 which can be handy if your are walking past at 2am having had one too many and fancy a snack.

Toilet area near the Cafe is a disgrace.Debris and litter is strewn around the area .It would appear that brooms are unheard of .World Class Stratford-upon-Avon !!. That’s a Joke.
