When I was contacted by Andy to offer to buy my car, I thought it’s a scam as there are so many out there now a days, however when he explained who he is and he really want me to verify myself before speaking any further it gave a little confidence that he may be the genuine buyer so I contacted him back and than from agreement to final deal the process was much easier. Really pleased with the dealing from him. On agreed date and time the pickup driver came, verified the details and the money was instantly transferred to my account. Really happy with them and I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service offered by Carter and Haines. Paul was easy to deal with and professional. He kept me informed at each stage of the selling process and on collection day his representatives were courteous and after a quick phone call to Paul, the funds were transferred immediately with no attempt to try and reduce the price, fantastic!! I have docked one star as Paul made a mistake and arranged collection on the wrong day, however this was quickly resolved to everyones satisfaction. I would certainly fully recommend Carter and Haines to anyone thinking of selling a car as the price was fair and the risk of selling privately was removed.

Yes, they offer a trade price but much better than their competitors and stuck to the price after inspection. As long as you are honest with yourself about your car's condition they will not chip you on price. Nervous initially but true to their word and a quick and easy way to dispose of a vehicle.

I found the process of selling with Carter and Haines very straight forward and easy. The chap who came down to review and collect the car was very polite and knowledgeable. Maybe because of the good condition of the car there was no quibbling or trying to pick faults to lower the offer price, the money was transferred into my account within half an hour, and that was it, never sold a car so easily and with no hassle.

I Sold a car on behalf of my mother in law to Carter & Haines got to say they were totally professional from start to finish Andy Evans the buyer was great throughout and even Mick the transport driver was a gent, if you are having reservations don't they were spot on paid exactly what they offered for the car, no admin fees and all V5 legalities sorted immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if you want a no hassle fair price for your car save yourself the expense of an Autotrader add and the stress of being quoted one figure then haggled down and charged admin fees at WE BUY ANY CAR and go straight to Carter and Haines.

To be truthful I was a bit sceptical selling my car this way. I thought was it a scam, would they try to rip me off?.
Having spoke to Andy Herman I decided to give it a try. We agreed on a price and then I thought that when they come to pick up the car they would pull the car to pieces and get me to lower the agreed price.
None of the above occurred. A pleasant and painless transaction.
Michael Hall arrived on time to check the car. He made a phone call and the money was in my account.
Would recommend selling a car this way to anyone.

Carter + Haines are miles better than other popular car buying websites; the process was smooth and the price offered better than others. Phil & Kelly were both pleasant/ organised & easy to deal with. The collection agency driver was most efficient and took snaps of my Qashqai from every perspective, and tried to e mail them to C&H; unfortunately the local cell tower was down, but got him connected to my home wifi.
I've heard other car buying websites will try to beat the price down at the final moment; no worry with C+H; offered price was honoured, after C+H saw my vehicle on Wizzle. Payment was in my bank a few minutes later; soon after DVLA e mailed that C+H had taken over ownership. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to sell your vehicle.
