The customer service that I have received from Scott, has been nothing but absolutely outstanding..!! Wether it be for a new watch strap or a lost pen lid; he couldn’t have been more obliging and helpful. Honestly: He gave me more confidence in Mont Blanc than I already had. I have a bag that was purchased 18 months ago from this store. The handles have broken and when taking to them they advised me to bring the bag in. I come up to Canary Wharf from Brighton with my bag and get told that I also need to bring a little black book I got with the bag and there wasn’t anything they can do without it. They didn’t mention this when I spoke to them and they told me to bring it in. They were less than helpful and basically told me to go and get the book and come back. Not a shop I would recommend.

As a high end, specialist store, Montblanc isn't a place you normally visit on a regular basis. However, the products are gorgeous and the staff will always take their time to demonstrate the products to you, including letting you test their range of fountain pens without any pressure to buy. That was a great experience

Been to the store today, don't look at Google Map or you will never find the store! The store is actually at the Canary Wharf DLR station, just one floor down from the DLR platform. They open until 8pm and the service was great enough for me to buy a new business card holder with them!
