Ordered a full system exhaust from them. Arrived with half of the fitting kit missing. They sent the fitting kit out, but it was still missing a lot of basic parts. Had no way of attaching it to the bike.
Customer service has told me to send it back (at my own expense presumably) and they'll give me a partial refund since it has been partially fitted to the bike.
Bit out of order really, I bought a product from them which turned up not as described, i've given them a chance to fix the problem which they haven't been able to (I don't want to buy a product and then have to spend weeks trying to work out what parts have and haven't been sent).

Placed an order and paid for 48 hour delivery. 96 hours later the item had still not arrived. Contacted 'customer service' to be (eventually) told that the 48 hour service takes 5 to 10 working days. Customer service 1/10; honesty 0/10 - I won't be using these cowboys again.

Ordered a full set of bake pads for Triumph Tiger 800, the pairs for the front brakes were correct parts , the pair for the back brake were incorrect parts. No response from their phone line, no response from their online form. Very poor.

I purchased some LED bulbs for my 2005 Yamaha R1 and at first I had a minor issue with one of the bulbs but Jack from MPW sorted it straight away. Very pleasant to deal with and very good customer service from MPW.

Ordered a tyre and they sent the wrong size. Highlighted this to them and they wanted photos, then have left me hanging with the wrong part, while they perform an internal investigation. So I'm still sitting with the wrong tyre and have heard nothing else. Easily the worst parts company I have dealt with and that includes scrappys. All they needed to do was send the correct size and collect the wrong one!!!

Ordered a nose cone for my zx6r it broke in 5 different places within 2 months, they then sent me a replacement which was scratched, chipped and had bits snapped off on arrival as well as a piece of plastic glued back on...blatantly palmed me off with a used part as the replacement, disgusting service i want a refund !!!

Bought an item with a lifetime warranty, got damaged due a manufacturer fault, contacted support and sent countless emails back and fourth with replies that took weeks. They lied to me about contacting the manufacturer (asking about the fault) and refused to give me a refund. I will never be buying from these again.

Excellent product array. Have bought a few Toro exhausts off them now for my collection of KTMs, and Rezo levers which are superb quality. The one time where I have needed to call them they were courtious, fast and very helpful. MPW is a great company and would recommend to anyone.
I believe they are starting to sell RC8 tinted screens soon too - Im buying one of those straight away
