Recently purchased a low mileage Peugeot 308 from this garage.I drove from the West Midlands to view the vehicle and Gary assured me it wouldn't be a wasted journey,and he was right.
Travelled down by train to collect and they even kindly picked me up from the train station.
Took me through the controls and background history of the vehicle,car was spotless and ready to go,can't fault the garage,got some nice stock and easy to do business with.

A welcoming family run business, that go through any of your questions if needed. They dont need to push the sale on you, the cars sell themselves in their show space. "The Boy's" as we call them have been looking after our cars for about twenty years Barbara and myself have always been pleased with the service they provide. Two cars on the website caught my eye so went and saw Gary and tested them both . After driving them both I said that I would go away and decide. I went back the following day and sorted out the paperwork and agreed that the car would be delivered and the other car collected. Gary arrived in this gleaming car and parked on my drive. In these strange times nothing seemed to much trouble and I will see the Boy's when I the needs it's next service.

Neil helped us out on a Bank Holiday Monday and went out of the way as they are normally closed. He was excellent in communication, very knowledgeable and offered an excellent service. He helped us with cheapest temp cover insurance as well as clearly explained about the warranty and extended warranty, gave us a test drive. Was not all pushy at anytime, in fact very professional and helpful. We are very happy with Neil and Cambridge Motors and more than happy to recommend them.

In early January I found the perfect car on Autotrader, listed by Cambridge Motors. I filled in the online form and received a call back within an hour. Arranged to view the car two days later.
When I got there, the car was outside on the road ready for me to look around. I was also allowed to take it for a test drive (wearing masks and sitting one in back, one in front). They then looked at my old car and agreed a part exchange value (the value that Autotrader had come up with).
There was absolutely no pressure on me to buy, no heavy handed sales talk. Later that day I contacted them and said I definitely wanted to buy the car and I paid a deposit.
I arranged to collect the car a few days later. As much of the admin/paperwork as possible was done on email prior to collection and, what did have to be done onsite, felt very safe and socially distanced.
Loving my 'new' car and would absolutely recommend Cambridge Motors - I will definitely be returning when it's time to upgrade again.

Very good experience overall. There are many different good state cars to choose from. Both Gary and Neil are very helpful. Gave advises on choosing the car, no pushing for buying and patient on checking the viechel, test drive.
