Outstanding service from Harry Foley very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He is an absolute asset to the company. I came in today with my partner and daughter to pick up our first Mercedes Benz delivered from Aberdeen. Harry made us feel comfortable, at ease and he also managed to sort out everything for us very quickly. He made sure our whole experience was hassle free and very straight forward. We even forgot something very important at home for our part-exchange vehicle and he was happy for us to go back home quickly to get it while he wait. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We had a really positive experience here when selling our car today. The price was the best we were offered from 3 different buyers. I had reservations that the price online would be different to when we went in for the appointment but in fact it was £3 better! The experience in store was refreshingly easy and quick. Within 30 minutes we were in and out and very happy with a great price for our car and a super easy sale with all finance paid off. I’d happily do business here again and will do so in the future. Special mention to Harry for a pleasant experience and being very professional especially with the courtesy call prior to the appointment to ensure we were prepared.

Firstly got the car from Aberdeen. This was a five star service. However picking the car up from the Leeds showroom from the off became a 1 star experience. From the start to phoning ahead to confirm my car was ready for collection. I praise for the click and collect team that finally took care of me, but the Receptionist who failed to call me back for collection, for the meet and greet ushered into the waiting area, failed to inform anyone I was here to collect. More bothered being on her mobile and chatting to sales reps. She informed us twice that it wouldn't be long and that someone would be assisting us. 45 minutes later eventually greeted by click and collect team, to finally collect car as they weren't aware we were in the building.

Went to this branch to sell my vehicle - and dealt initially with Andy. Andy was then off on annual leave, and got passed to someone else. The only reason this is 4 star not 5 is because of the service I received from the person taking over Andy, and the area manager when passed to her. It would have been a lot lower if it wasn’t for the initial service. Had to go to head office to get this resolved - but came back to Andy who dealt with everything very professionally, polite and extremely helpful and restored my faith in the company. Thank you!

Very unprofessional staff in the used cars department, they change their words and dont keep promises.
1. I had to follow up with sales department for status of my reserved car. Finally they came back saying the car is taken off market.
2. The valuation of my part exchange car reduced by 50% when I just wanted to sell the car.
