I got a free Costa travel mug today for waiting a little longer than expected. There was a man who was having an argument with another man for not having a mask on... in these covid times I find very stressful because my mental health is affected by seeing these events happen before me. The staff managed this very well and apologised for what went on, I think they saw I was a little upset. 10/10 for handling the situation. Let's hope next week will be better when restrictions will be lifted.

Absolutely disgusting staff!! Disappointed! I went to the petrol station at 5:45 I would buy a cup of coffee! The staff said - he can't sell it ! Absolutely disgusting! I'm a key worker my work starts at 6:00 ! and this is petrol station!

The service from the staff here is appalling. Twice I've been as its local and both times when paying for my petrol.. not a single hello, blank faced and when I've made my transaction and still said goodbye in a nice manor - no response at all. I hope the management look into this because I'd be embarrassed with that level of service from my staff. I'm not sure if the english is poor etc but to be completely silent and no acknowledgment to your customer isnt acceptable.

Now I got no problems with the staff at this Gas Station but had just gone there and the service received was just a bit out of hand. There was only one guy there by the looks of it this late evening. What the guy didn't like was is how I took my wallet out at the last minute getting my cards out. Now with this situation you're supposed to have this ready which I do. In this case when matey was handing back my Shell Card, he decides to throw it back into the metal tray. I've put it in there with respect and he swipes it....then throws it back in having a go at me. Cause of that I wont go over 3 stars even though I do like fuelling my car up there.
But yeah just thought I'd share that exp.
