Clothes are fine. The sales assistant not so much.
I needed a suit to walk away with on that day. I told him that, he measured me up, and said he will have the suit ready, then asked me for money (£300 roughly for the suit and shirts)
I asked where the suit is, and he says he doesnt have my size, he will need to order it. I told him I need to walk away with a suit today (which he already knew) and he told me to buy a larger suit and take it to a dry cleaners to alter it.....
Quite clearly more interested in making a quick buck on commission than helping me out. Fair enough, we all work for money, but this is counter productive as I wont go back there again now

Lack good customer service. Went there first time to purchase a shirt but was not sure of size so the sale assistant (white lady with short hair) suggested to try one and then forced me to get that one because she said she opened that shirt. I told her no because I did not ask her to open a new shirt and that she should have given me a shirt from sample shirts to try. She got more aggressive with me. I told her i do not want that shirt and left. I would have taken that shirt but from the beginning she was making faces because I was asking questions and she was not happy to serve a brown person. Same day I bought two shirts from TM Lewin brent cross and what a different between their behaviour. I normally shop from Mark and spencer or john lewis. the sale girl in TM lewin was polite and also gave me shirt from sample shirt to try size. Please trained staff to learn good customer service because you are selling expensive items. If you can not then send them to John lewis or M&S to learn. I will never purchase anything from you guys.

Really good shop! Selection is vaste and prices are good as well, considering the quality of the shirts! The selection is so vast there is a shirt for every taste. They have a shirt for every occation, anything between black tie and Huawei style shirts.

I went in the shop to ask for an exchange, I was sent to the Manager, called Dee , who was quite rude with me.
He asked where I bought the shirt from. So, he sent me to oxforO street shop to exchange a brand new sealed shirt.
Very poor customer service.
Such a shame for such a good brand of shirts.
