Good customer service and experienced staff. Maintains a good stock of car parts for all makes and models. Can arrange any car part on a short notice if not in stock as in the case of the exhaust of my 2001 Toyota Yaris.

Friendly chaps and always helpful and very knowledgeable. I only went in for a bulb this time, but it would be rude not to leave a great review for this family owned and run local business. I also purchased a battery a few years back and remember it was the best deal anywhere in Leicester. They also sell bike parts, which is always handy.

Nothing but a bunch of liars, selling defective parts that fail within meters of being driven on, lied about false statements they had made to ebay and PayPal, suggesting that a shock absorber they were selling for a suzuki swift was incorrect and should not have been fitted, however they rang to confirm the car reg to ensure it was the correct part. Also lied about the part being incorrectly fitted and then further went on to lie and say the part had been altered so a refund could not be issued, but when contacted they completely back peddled and denied these claims they made THAT I LITERALLY HAVE IN WRITING.
Avoid at all costs, keep yourselves safe and do not buy defective parts from this company, who will lie and worm their way out of refunding your hard earned money.
