The hydro cotton bathrobe I bought is excellent quality as well as duvets and pillows. However, I would not recommend their reed diffusers as the smell will not actually spread around the room which is ridiculous for the price. Customer service not great, staff are not kind and welcoming.

I got 2 sets of beddings ( duvet, duvet cover, pillows and pillow cover). Have to say I really appreciated the quality of the products. They are so comfy and beautiful. Definitely recommend

I called white company to enquire about a dress that was out of stock and was told that there was lots of stock in the Brent Cross store of the particular dress I wanted. The staff answered my call promptly and were very nice . The dress has since come and as always it is lovely quality and that is what white company does best in . The delivery was very quick and I was very pleased with the service I received

Outrageous that this premium store cannot be bothered to answer the damn phone!!!! Hugely frustrating!!! So unlike other stores!!! I will be making a complaint to their head office - utter laziness!!!

Hopeless customer service by telephone. The same goes for all the other White Company Stores except for Covent Gardens, Westfield and Sloane Square. Only those three stores answered their telephone. Most of the stores just don't answer their telephone which forces customers to make what might turn out to be an unnecessary journey for an item that no longer exists. It would be far more customer friendly to have one line open to customer enquiries in store.
