Thank you Bilge for a great haircut! I was listened to with care when specifying what I wanted, and Bilge checked I was happy with it before finishing - I asked for a little more thinning of the ends and she was very happy to do so. Really pleased with my cut and will definitely be returning. All staff were lovely and friendly too!

I needed to find a new salon after my old hairdressers closed down and decided to try Cut and Crafts based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Bilge did an excellent job with both my colour and cut. She listened politely to my vague thoughts on what I wanted and interpreted them with intuition and expertise. She was also extremely nice and interesting to talk to. I left the salon feeling like myself again, which is the best you can hope for from a haircut. Highly recommended.

I had a keratin treatment here after a bad perm elsewhere, and it is perfect! My hair is now glossy, straight and in wonderful condition. Many thanks to the staff who helped me fix a hair-nightmare with their impeccable service and great products. Couldn't be happier!

Hi, i wanted to thank about the professional treatment that was given to me, and special thanks to Riza, when i came in i had a very warm welcome and all the people in the hairdresser are very sweet and nice. i will 100 percent go back again. And i really recommend customers to go there. Riza left the hair salon in Stamford hill and i searched and searched until i found the one hairdresser with Riza.

I booked in for a cut and semi permanent colour, and while it looked really good initially, it wasn't really what I asked for. I chose semi permanent because I had existing balayage but just wanted to brighten up the ends a bit, but they put peroxide in the dye and it made all my hair right up to the roots much lighter. I have never bleached all of my hair up to my roots before and it was a bit of a shock, and obviously now I have terrible regrowth which will mean much more upkeep than the balayage I had before, and a lot more colour damage all over. If you go here, just make absolutely sure you're getting what you want.

The staff here are professional, friendly and welcoming. On entering I was immediately offered tea or coffee and was made to feel relaxed.
The hair dresser then took the time to ask what I was looking for from my cut and with good communication we both decided on a cut and style that would suit me.
He did exactly what he said he was going to do and was receptive to my suggestion of taking slightly more off - the cut was perfect.
I will definitely be returning to this salon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional but friendly service.

Didn't enjoy my waxing experience here. The staff were friendly and efficient enough, but the room is rather unclean and the whole experience felt rushed. Then again, it's relatively inexpensive, so maybe you get what you pay for.

I randomly dropped in for a haircut today and was greeted with really friendly and lovely staff and a fantastic (and swift) haircut, which I love. Really welcoming vibe and reasonable prices. I will definitely be back! I only wish I asked for my hairdresser's name (it was the lovely Turkish (/Armenian/Greek haha) lady who have me a long fringe and layered my hair!). Would recommend!

Friendly staff offered tea or coffee, the first visit I got the cut I wanted Luca was brilliant, but this visit I didn't get the cut I wanted, showed the stylist the picture of the hair cut I wanted, keep it in show so she could see it, hair was cut too short and not in the style which I wanted.

Have been coming here for my hair since I moved to the area. Can't think of anywhere better to go! My hair its thick and curly and have had trouble in the past finding a good stylist. They do an amazing job here. On top of that, they always manage to fit me in for an appointment and the staff are very friendly!

I found them on the Internet with fair reviews, asked them to cut & perm my hair in addition to prepare my cut long hair for a charity, in a budget.
They kindly accepted this in a light-hearted manner and did very good job!
The male hairstylist is experienced and diagnosed necessary techniques from a printed image of my desired hair style at a glance, without reading its description (amazing!).
The salon staff were friendly, and I enjoyed nice herbal tea and coffee.
Yet my oriental hard & strong hair needed two days unwashed to make my perm stay (common situation), I am pleased with the result, & my family, too. I sent the prepared braids to the charity on Christmas Eve day.

Ocean is an amazing waxing specialist! I'd always been afraid of getting waxed as it was always so painful. Today my fear was banished as I had the most painless experience as a wax can get. Great service, very skilled beautician, great price, and a fast service. Couldn't' be happier, and will be back soon!
If you hate waxing because of the pain - come here. Couldn't recommend Ocean (the name of the beautician) more!

I went for a gent's haircut and showed a recent picture of myself for clarity on the simple cut I asked for, but I had to ask twice for the haircut to be finished as it was barely trimmed at first, and the wrong shaver (2 instead of 4) was nearly used. I wasn't confident that I wouldn't need to immediately go to a barbers. Still not happy and I won't be venturing here again. Also my ear was snipped with the scissors once, but fortunately they were fairly blunt (which made the cut more of a pull at times).

I desperately needed a wash and blow dry at short notice and a search on Google showed up Cut & Crafts right around the corner from my house. They could fit me in and saved the day! Lovely people, great service, reasonable prices. I have already booked to go back and I am sure I will be a regular customer - really recommend!
