My business has used Overline for over 3 years now and have had a great experience. But recently I’ve made some changes which meant I didn’t require a physical landline phone anymore. I was really concerned I’d loose my number and consequently loose clients but Ash from sales introduced me to their great mobile app system which doesn’t require a landline connection and leaves my business with the same number! No fuss, really affordable and a great service all round! Keep up the great work guys ????????

We decided to swap IT & Telecom providers and Overline were able to provide us with the exact bespoke package we wanted. As with everything there were issues that cropped up during the switching process but Overline reacted quickly and with friendly professionalism to address them and keep the process as smooth as possible for us. I can ensure you that Castle Cars will be moving its service from Overline. No lines for the last 24 hours, blamed on network outages across the world! We are a taxi company relying on our phones. We have now sent drivers home because we have no calls so it is costing us money! Overline don't work weekends!

Promised so much at the time of signing the contract - then delivered nothing. When we asked why the things we were promised were not included in the package we were told "I wasn't at that meeting so can't comment on what our sales manager told you". Too many service outages as well ... and when a problem develops on a Friday afternoon (as it did on 31st January 2020) they publicly said we will support our customers and then they did nothing over the weekend - leaving our customers unable to contact us and therefore causing us loss of business and loss of reputation. It happens far too often - time to take this matter to the Ombudsman. Edit... Overline have said service is back up and running, I can assure you it is not up and running and nor is it working for other Overline customers according to their Twitter feed... And to say I should contact them is a joke, I have been contacting them on the advised email account and by phone and nobody is responding. This is a very serious matter that is damaging our business.

The Account Manager Alex Harman is extremely efficient administering our account and resolving issues. The technical support is effective and issues are quickly resolved. Pricing is competitive and are discussed before committing. We had an issue with an upgrade which was not offered and we had to ask about hence the 4 marking. The upgrade has now been provided.

My company has been a customer for 5 years, and have even referred clients to them. However the technical support and maintenance has slipped recently, I even placed an order which was never fulfilled, and after months of chasing was told they couldn't do it anymore. So we decided to service notice and move elsewhere. We were even advised by our account manager Darren, that if he could help make the transition as smooth as possible they would. I thought this was at least positive as they wanted us to leave with a final good impression. Well that soon went wrong. We were told they would need 3 months notice which we gave, to then be told our contract had auto renewed as we hadn't given them enough notice! Thankfully due to Ofcom rules, as my company have less than 10 employees, they can't hold us to that with the phone lines, but only after we provided proof. If they valued the relationship, they would know that we are smaller than that, especially as we are only minutes from their office! Instead they have now told me that they are holding me to my maintenance agreement, as buried in their T&Cs is a point that says I do have to give them 3 months cleared notice before the renewal, otherwise it auto renews for another year, for this I am currently taking legal advice. This was once a decent company, but seems to be going to the wall! Thankfully we are moving to a company that values business relationships, no matter the size. Currently the correspondence is continuing and my opinion of them is getting worse, by the email, if that was possible!

The aftersales service from our account manager Alex is 10/10 nothing is too much trouble and he is always in contact with us to make sure everything is ok. Worst company going, compliance is abysmal. If you want a bill where they make the prices up as they go along look no further. Charge extremely high rates for some people just to make alot more profit. Absolutely worst training scheme I've found. Don't know how to work with new starters. Ridiculous targets and cold calling people fishing for deals. STAY WELL AWAY

Superb team, great service, we have been using Overline for years for our landlines and mobiles more recently. They have saved us many countless (stressful) hours dealing with faceless call centres of the multi-national 'Goliaths' of the business telecoms world. From sales, to support and accounts, the whole team are friendly, helpful and aim to work with you rather than against you. We now generally deal with Chloe and it is so nice to not be passed through multiple departments to get the simplest of tasks carried out. We have been working with Overline for almost two years now. We have had a minor issues now and again (hence 4 stars not 5) however they have always resolved them and worked especially hard to ensure that the account runs smoothly. Recently we have been dealing with Neil Dakin who has been very helpful and professional and assisted us in dealing with a couple of issues that were down to Vodafone's wrong doing and not Overline's. A little shocked by some of the really bad reviews on here....personally we are happy to recommend Overline.

IM CURRENTLY TIED INTO A CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY. I USED TO PAY £300 A QUARTER FOR 2 PHONE LINE AND INTERNET, THERE SALESMAN CAME IN.. PROMISED ME WE WOULD HAVE BETTER PHONE LINES WITH RECORDING, CALL HOLDING ETC ALL FOR UNDER £315 POUNDS... REALLY GOOD DEAL. SIGN THE PAPERS, YET WHEN THEYVE INSTALLED AND I START PAYING IM PAYING £515 A QUARTER!!! THIS EXTRA IS VAT AND FOR SERVICING APPARENTLY! YET WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN THEY SAY YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT! YET IT DOESNT MENTION VAT OR THE SERVICING ON THE CONTRACT! AND NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR A PHONE CALL FROM MANAGMENT!! ABSOLUTE S@*T COMPANY!! FRAUDSTER SALESMEN! ANOTHER SCAMMING PHONE COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If we could give them 0 stars then we would, as we feel totally let down by Overline. Over Christmas our company was left without incoming calls on our main line for over 2 weeks, which being our busiest time was a huge problem. The time to resolve the issue was slow, and during this period communication from Overline was vague and sparse. After just renewing our contact, we are now in the process of trying to leave but just keep having their terms and conditions thrown at us. They appear to accept no responsibility for the issues, or their failure to provide us with the service they are compelled to. Overall a completely unsatisfactory experience and a very unhappy customer.

Unfortunately cannot put no stars. Would 100% NEVER recommend this company, constant network issues that don't ever get resolved, instead it just seems to get worse. Go direct with a network as Overline is generally just a rip off for service that does not work with poor customer service and slow responses.

Billingshurst Parish Council replaced its extensive telephone system throughout the Council’s Offices and Community & Conference Centre last spring, following an extensive competitive tendering exercise which was won by Overline. Whilst savings over other offers were slim, the overall package of product, after sales service, bespoke billing formats, track record with other local authorities and friendliness of the company were perhaps more deciding factors. In particular, the input of Elliot Edgecombe, their sales representative into helping secure this contract should not be under stated. A very pleasant, personable and enthusiastic young man who was very knowledgeable of the products and went out of his way to deliver total customer satisfaction. The pre-installation discussions were very thorough, resulting in minimum disruption on the day of going live. Subsequent teething issues were swiftly dealt with and full training on the new kit delivered. There have been no significant issues to date. We are overall very satisfied with Overline and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This is my personal opinion about Overline through my recent dealing with the company. The sales consultant, Elliot Edgcombe, what a pleasure to deal with. Very nice and friendly guy. BUT, watch out, he would misrepresent products he sells or the agreement just to get you to sign on the dotted line. Transparency and honesty is certainly an alien concept to him. Half way through signing the agreement with Elliot, i changed my mind as he tried to mislead me on certain terms of the contract. I terminated the meeting and asked him to leave the signed document . Unbeknown to me, he secretly removed the signed document from my office. 24 hours after the meeting, Overline demanded a cancellation fee in excess of £3200. What a joke. I will be making a formal complaint to Ofcom. I am mindful that Ofcom does not investigate individual complaint , but Ofcom will investigate if similar complaints have been received. I have also seen several bad reviews online suggesting that Overline's customers feel trapped into a long contract, My suggestion is to seek legal advice as those terms could be considered as unfair contract terms and voidable. I do not recommend this company. Businesses looking for a reliable and reputable telecommunication company to provide and manage its lifeline should think twice before using this company. When things go wrong, which it will as a matter of time, they are a nightmare to deal with.
