Fantastic customer service offered at the Newhaven branch in a recent experience purchasing a child car seat for the first time.
Paul at the branch was very helpful, offered great advice, very patient, and followed up an issue brilliantly after a seat we had bought from another Halfords branch in Kent was not working quite right with our car.
Would recommend the store highly.

Excellent service bought a battery for my van it did not fit in the holder exactly right. Went back the next day changed the battery no questions asked excellent service. Great opening hours as well. Why go anywhere else the prices are great too.

While staying with my brother in seafood my x type jaguar broke down it's gearbox had disintegrated. I managed to get it to Halfords auto centre New Haven.we were served and helped by Mr Matt Miller who was very helpfull and told us not to worry ,he gave us a quote for a new gearbox and clutch. And phone for a taxi to take us home which did not arrive so he kindly ran us home in his car .we were kept informed of the progress of repairs by Mr Ryan Marbin a very polite and helpfull gentleman.The mechanics did a really great job and at a very reasonable price as I later found out from my regular garage where I live in Hatfield Herts.
So thank you chaps top marks and five gold stars for you. ????????

Booked over the phone to have a stereo fitted,was told yes we have an 1130 am slot ,,drove over from worthing ,only to be told " o,the slot isnt for fitting the stereo ,its to see if we could fit it and only if we had the right parts" bought from them,supplied by them total waste of two hrs driving ...why on earth would you want to " book a slot" if not to have it fitted,,worse than useless

Drove down to Seaford for a family holiday and my car radio broke, went into Halfords and had a new one fitted by Oli. He managed to do it soo quickly and with ease! Then I realised my car wouldn't start, went in to the store and Oli and Richard came straight out to help. They managed to get my car started and was extremely helpful! Can't thank them enough! I can now drive back to Reading not in silence, thanks guys!

Smaller Halfords, but does have the obligatory AutoCentre attached. Doesn't usually get busy and ensure you find a knowledgeable member of staff, or you'll be there all day!
