I moved our phones and broadband to Vadtel over a year ago. (It's taken me that long to get round to writing a review!) So with that in mind I have had all this time to experience the services.
The whole process was seamless and the installation of the new system was very smooth. The ongoing service is faultless and if I ever need anything from advice to programming changes to the system it is dealt with swiftly. Danny and Shane are always really helpful and find solutions for things to make the system do more than I thought possible making working easier and more efficient. Paul is always available and checking in to make sure things are ok too.

Vadtel have been extremely helpful this year with firstly replacing an expensive system from another provider and getting us a great price and a system that works for us. They have also just done an office move which has been done smoothly and easily with no issues. Nothing is ever too much and they are always have someone friendly and helpful at the end of the phone. Our experience with Maddie, Shane and all the team was first class. It is fairly daunting changing a phone & internet provider over. But these guys made it easy for us. We now have a better, faster, easier to use & more cost effective system. I would have given 5 stars but had to deduct 1 due to Maddies insane love of Brighton & Hove Football Club.

The installations and staff are all very professional, excellent, fast, tidy and polite. The CCTV has given peace of mind. Having the camera images streaming live on my mobile phone is one of the best Apps on my phone and addictive. Thank you

Vadtel have recently replaced our ageing phone system for a new Panasonic system using Internet calling. This has enabled us to cut costs having done away with several BT lines and dedicated Broadband IPs.
Paul Butcher has managed the changeover very well with little disruption to business during that time.

Vadtel have recently installed a new phone system at our company Will International Ltd and I have to say they have been fantastic. Their on site engineers did a great job with very little disruption to the team here. There back up has been brilliant. Any adjustments we have needed have been dealt with by Sean almost immediately and they are friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The phone system they have sold us has done exactly what it said on the tin . Highly recommend them and the phone system is saving us a lot of money too. Thanks so glad I took the call that day.

Installation was on time, the engineers were diligent and helpful, the change of supplier was well managed and the technical assistance has been first rate. This is our first experience of a VOIP system and it's early days yet, but so far the system, technical support and cost savings have been impressive.

We recently had Ben over to visit our shop first for flooring, He didn't do the usual salesman pitch. He told us what he could offer and went through different packages that would benefit us and our business. He is very easy to get on with and has been very helpful through out the process, Shane came and fitted the box and was very quick and efficient. We had the OCD man that run all the cables neatly instead of leaving them to look messy. Can't fault them for anything. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again in the future.

When it was time to review our telephone and internet needs, it was Paul from Vadtel who provided us with a well presented, clear and concise package. With a new phone system, which moved us forward in the world of using the technology already in place but setting us up also for the future.
The whole team provided us with a seamless transition to the new VOIP system. We are very grateful and just 3 months in; we are seeing the benefits of the change. We got what we were promised.
The customer after care has also been outstanding, efficient, attentive and very quick, even when it was a silly question! We are pleased to have a system that is in-house, easily controlled and supported by a local and experienced provider.

We instructed Vadtel to carry out works at our offices following numerous problems with other telecom companies. Ben came to our office and listened to all of the issues we had been experiencing. He was extremely knowledgeable and advised us with his proposal. Since the installation works have taken place, we have had no issues! (the amount of time this has saved me on hold to our previous telecom company is priceless!) When we need advice, Sean is always available at the end of the phone to help us through! Paul Butcher of Vadtel came to see me to go through our telecom requirements. Our existing arrangements were quite complicated with 2 or 3 different companies all involved and providing different parts of our system. This was difficult to follow for us, and we never knew who to contact when we had an issue.
Paul made it all as simple as you could ever imagine, which for a layman like me was very refreshing.
He has saved us money, given us an updated system and simplified what was a very complicated billing issue we had.
I would certainly recommend both Paul and Vadtel.

My company was relocating and my existing telecoms organisation quoted to relocate us. Vadtel came in around 50% more competitive which I couldn't ignore, they did the job and were fantastic, on time, polite and professional, even went above and beyond with what i'd asked for. Although they don't have our business currently they still did a great job and will be getting our contract next time this time comes around.

NATIONAL COASTWATCH SHOREHAM now have a first class 4 camera high definition CCTV system, thanks to the very professional and helpfull company Vadtel. The instaltion took place in very difficult circumstances as it was in competion with various VHF radios used by the station. The engineers overcame the problem, and we now have an excellent system recording any vulnerable vessels going to sea, and the protection of members of the public needing assistance.
