Avoid at all costs! Terrible customer service, my husband bought a car two weeks ago and has since had no end of trouble. Very unhelpful staff who are not willing to help as soon as you have the keys in your hand. Customers are the lowest priority and are not listened to. When questioned they put the phone down!! Really would not advise anyone to even think about buying from them.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DREADFUL They delivered a vehicle to me that was held together in places by celo-tape, wheels that were corroded, scratched and bubbled in places. Customer service is appalling! No understanding of customer care, duty of care or any understanding of legal rights for a customer. Their email responses are embarrassing to read, honestly, never seen such child like responses. Avoid at all costs!

Bad service, lying seller, waited 4 hours for him to do his thing I was nice and helpful and I got lied to, car went into limp mode 10 min after I've bought it,the seller after I told him and he blamed the low battery but it was actually the automatic gearbox which costed me 1200 to fix,the ad stated the car was immaculate with a perfect gearbox. Now doesn't answer calls texts, transmission was down and a big expense,will take the case to small claims court. I work with cars and customer service and can definitely tell this is a scammer seller! Check the car dealership rating websites, he has 100+ 1 star reviews *NO WEBSITE *NO LISTING WITH GOOGLE *NO OFFICE CONTACT LANDLINE *NO CONTACT EMAIL *THEY ONLY ADVERTISE THROUGH THERE EBAY SHOWROOM - THE REVIEWS THERE ARE FAKE AS YOU CANT LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW EVEN IF YOU WANT TO Stay Away!!
