Was over charged in my opinion for a simple clip and groom under sedation, when I got my cat home it was clear to see that he had just been shaved with clippers and there had been no effort to make him look tidy. Will never use pride vets again for any grooming for my animals!

To be honest, I only joined here after moving to derby because they do a sedate to groom for my dog who gets very anxious. It is pricey though, cost me £170, whereas when we had the same procedure in Suffolk it was £115.

Amazing oncologist Frances Taylor gave us 21 extra months with our beloved dog. She had a great quality of life, too. Frances was easy to talk to, explained everything, was available by phone if needed, and always kept quality of life at the forefront. If your dog has cancer, she's the best.

Although the circumstances for my visit was a sad time and having to say goodbye to my fur baby was heart wrenching, the level of service was great!

The staff here are very friendly and caring, just what you would expect in a vets. The place seems organised and you often won't be waiting long. There's a shop within the centre which you can browse whilst waiting. Very ideal location, especially for people who work nearby.
