The gentleman who served me here was great and very friendly. Using the click and collect I realise I needed a second one which i did online whilst there. I waited in my car, and he came out if the door to tell me it was ready before the estimated time was up, and had it all on the counter ready to go for me.

The staff were disinterested, unwilling to help said they couldn't supply the part so I got it ordered from Chichester branch but they managed to supply two indicator bulbs. I have only given it one star as this needed it to be posted.

Used to use this branch before euro car parts opened up in Worthing.
Quite easy to get to (don't have to drive through Littlehampton or rustington), but is squirreled away on an industrial estate do can be a little tricky to find.
Prices are usually pretty good, although I did find recently that an independent factors in Worthing had a better price on an Alfa part.
The staff at this branch have always be great.

Easy enough to find and they usually have the correct parts on the shelf which is handy however counter staff are painfully slow.
No one ever seems to come and assist the one and only member of counter staff which leads to long delays and lengthy ques.
When using click and collect you get a call telling you that your parts are ready for collection. Well thats not quite true, the parts havent been selected and ar NOT ready for collection when you arrive which leads to even more delays when collecting parts.
I tend to try and use their Worthing branch when ever possible now as it just seems to be run better with little to no waiting times at the counter.
