I walked in to ask for a bulb. The man said I will be with u in a minute as he continued to look at his screen. I presumed he was on a call or something. The phone then rung so he answered that. To me the customer in the shop comes before a phone call. There was also another man there who was glued to his screen aswell. It probably was because I am a woman but I thought it was the height of rudeness and will never use them again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that doesnt exist in this company. Please avoid!!!!!
