AMAZING!!! Great entertainment. I went with my niece - both her and I have travelled to many places in the world - but we agreed this was our favourite ever trip!!! I cannot recommend enough.

For anyone who's visited ANY escape room before, forget it. This will totally disappoint you. They are greedy - squeezing too many people in. Most of the rooms would work as a standard sort of 7 or under people, but we had a group of 12. We stood around bored for much of it. They Tell you everything! No working out anything for yourself. For example, we were told to Find four Chinese foods, correspond food with code, get code, unlock this padlock. Clues come too frequently, I felt I didn't use my brain at all. It's Hard to work with team of strangers - our group of 4 had two other groups. Very poor basic gameplay. 5 mins each room, then you are whisked on. The 'actor' is always there, pushing you on and giving too many clues. Many rooms had lots of simultaneous puzzles, which is fine - but it would suit perhaps 7 people at most. 12 overwhelmed and overcrowded it. At one time we got Split from friends in jail cell - all my friends in one cell, me in another with a bunch of strangers. Another time, there was a puzzle to get a ball from one end of a grid mesh to another, and one bloke did all the work while we stood around and watched him fail. it's All about the actors. A bit silly. They should do more research at other successful escape rooms and learn from it. I Stood around bored for a lot of it, I'm in no doubt that it's the worst we have been to (and we've been to A LOT). It's Not intellectual at all. Or Maybe this is what we have come to on this sort of activity - non intellectual, just watch it all happen, and stupid people enjoy it more than people who want any form of a challenge? Final salt in the wound, my Dad twisted his ankle exiting the ball pit. Who's stupid idea was it to have a sloped entrance? Steps would be much safer here.

Had a good afternoon and laughed lots! Some interesting challenges but felt a tiny bit rushed. Board games at the end if you want to spend more time at the venue.

We came to phileas fogg world in December 18, 2 adults and 2 6 yr old girls, the whole family loved it especially the kids, who still rave about it today. I believe the tour is adjusted suitably for young ones so am keen to go back with a bunch of friends to experience the adult tour then maybe sample some of the gins in the bar afterwards. As soon as you arrive you are thrown back in time and the staff are fantastic and in places really quite funny. Iceland was my favourite country and we really did travel the world. A great day out.

Beautiful sets created by craftwork projects who have worked on a variety of sets such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, James Bond etc with an added bonus of very talented immersive actors and challenging games. Great fun for everyone ????

Very poor value for money. Do not go with any more than 4 people or there will be not enough to do. Badly lit and uneven floors. I tore my hand open reaching inside the scenery as instructed by 'Phileas Fogg' to find an object. Too much guidance and not enough discovery or challenge. Can't see anyone wanting to repeat the experience.

It was warm outside before we went in, it was like being in an oven once we were inside, the atmosphere was good, but the Jack the ripper tour we attend was poorly executed, rooms were to small, there was lots of screaming at you but very little story content, if you were at the front of the group you got a better experience, it was too short and just ended suddenly, overall was very dissapointed

Fun for the whole family - if you like your immersive theatres designed by the writers of racist 90s sitcoms, such visiting Japan(?) which is inexplicably full of Chinese food menus, puzzles with the answer “rice” and a host who does an Asian accent “asshoooooole” joke.

Wasn't allowed in as didn't have children. 2 adults aren't allowed to have fun on a Sunday (when are we meant to...we are adult so do work during the week, and are also tourists). Not very sensitive to couples who can't have children!!!! Very disappointed as not very clear on the website.

Damien dealt with my complaint in a very positive way and we are now looking forward to first class treatment on our return.

Book the Halloween experience for today, didn't mind paying 50£ as we thought it would be really good fun for kids (and us) but it was very disappointing...nit much of the Halloween in there I would have expected more for the price in terms of getting scared but not even the kids thought it was..nit worth the money

Supper Ort! Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach phänomenal. Für Erwachsene und Kinder gleich geeignet. Hatte den Spass meines Lebens dort.
