After searching everywhere for shoes for my daughter without success, we discovered Shoozoo. An amazing shop with a variety if different brands. Sharon was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to find a pair of shoes that fit my daughter. With all the covid processes in place we felt very safe, but also very welcomed. Hugely recommended and we will definitely be returning.

What a great, friendly childrens shoe shop!
They were very pleasant, friendly and spoke equally well to children and parents.
Under the new guidelines we needed an appointment, but there wasnt any pressure to rush.. as it was, we were done in under 20 minutes :)
They have a great range and listened carefully.
Top marks, we will definately return.

I was seriously impressed with the service we received when getting my daughter fitted for new shoes. I phoned ahead to make an appointment after school. The lady who served us wore a full face visor and wiped down everything between customers. She managed two other customers while we were there without anyone being unsafe (one of whom had additional needs). I got a perfectly fitting pair of shoes for my very narrow footed child and for the chunkier one (who I hadn't even realised had grown out of his!). Thank you!

I would like to thank the lovely lady, who helped me get my new sandals (Daisy Roots) I used to shop here 22 years ago for my Daughter. I didn’t realise you could go in as an adult ????

Disappointing returns policy - I was offered replacement or credit note only (unless the shoe is faulty). If you're a customer who places flexibility high on list of priorities, you're better off going to a retailer with more flexible Ts&Cs. No problem with product quality though.

Friendly and attentive staff who will help you find a well fitting shoe for your kids. It isn't that large and the selection isn't huge but enough to give you a few options for each style you might want to consider. They have toys to keep the kids entertained too which is a plus.
On the downside, we’ve had two sets of shoes deteriorate earlier than might be expected from natural wear and tear, and getting them repaired/replaced was a real pain - the owner does not enjoy post-sales service. We were once told it was our fault because we had a cat...

Heard about this place from a friend who recommended them for children's shoes.
It's a bit out of the way but worth it for the service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about my child's feet and shoe sizing. Offered up advice on how to get the best from my child's first pair of nice new shoes. Very impressed and will definitely return for the next pair.

Perfect 4 little feet that are hard 2 buy 4. My granddaughters feet r very wide @ clarks cant feet her with a pair. Shoozoo had loads 2 choose from.beautifull soft leather.a little more than clarks prices but worth it. Staff r amazing!! Thk u shoozoo
