Personally first time buying from prestige cars Kent but have numerous family members buy from them before. Helen dealt with the whole process from initial phone call to the collection of the vehicle. As I lived around 40miles from the showroom everything was done on the phone or by email all that was left to do was go collect the car. One of the best stocked showrooms I’ve seen in a while, especially with the current vehicle shortages. As I didn’t get a chance to see the vehicle in person before collection day, Helen kindly created a little walk around video of the vehicle. A very professional and honest company.

I have been fortunate to have recently collected a car from Prestige Cars, Kent, after seeing a car advert on Auto Trader. From looking on their website, the vehicles they sell are competitively priced. I knew what I would get from this dealer was an excellent vehicle; however, I was surprised about the fantastic customer service I received from Helen Gregory - Sales Executive. Helen continually went above and beyond for me, provided first-class communication throughout the process and succeeded in finding the best deal for my finance. In my 15-years of driving, I have bought many vehicles from many dealers; I can honestly say that I will solely use Prestige Cars for all my cars going forward, solely for the service I had from Helen.

I was in the market for a new car and went to look at stunning Ferrari 488 spider. Rob the sales executive was fab. He was able to answer any questions I had, arrange a good look around the car and a test drive. He was friendly, professional and one of the few good car sales people I've ever met. The set up is great where they are, good selection of cars and you can really tell they are all passionate about cars and what they do.

Had a repair and respray from Prestige for my Mum's car.
The workshop manager Mr Bartolo was an absolute diamond... the job was done quickly, professionally and perfectly.
He went above and beyond, even repairing a previous bodge job as a pleasant surprise, at no extra price but off his own back...dedication to the job.
Very, very happy indeed and have no doubt in recommending the company and completed work.
I have now put my own car in for sorting out.
Worth a considering if you are needing vehicle body work completed to an extremely high standard.

From our first phone call, to Rob Vickers at Prestige Cars, to the minute we left the showroom with our Range Rover Evoque today, the service has been amazing. Every question we asked was answered thoroughly, all the paperwork dealt with quickly and a couple of things we asked for were done immediately. I can honestly say that Ben Hales at Prestige Cars is as good as they get!. Was given his contact details by my boss who said Ben is the man, don't go anywhere else, he will have your car sold. An hour later I met Ben at the dealership agreed terms and a price I wanted to achieve for my car. A few hours later I had a phone call on my way home saying he had sold my car and I was able to get more money than I originally hoped for. Ben your a star, thank you so much. Highley recommend!!!

A Great Experience. Really impressed with how the offices were buzzing with activity - a marked contrast to my local Land Rover main dealership which looked as if it was about to go out of business! Purchased a Range Rover Sport, and Helen provided a great service throughout. The car was presented in superb condition on collection, and the whole process was completed in under an hour. It’s not often I write a review, but the service I received from Adam and his colleagues at Prestige Cars Kent is worthy of a big thumbs-up ???? From the moment Adam received my enquiry through to test driving, payment and after sales I was impressed with their professionalism. The car I purchased was not high end, but this didn’t matter as the service I received was terrific. Having driven company cars for 30-years, this was the first sports car I had purchased myself. I am therefore grateful to have enjoyed the experience, which was certainly helped by the attention I received. I believe their customer service and business model is geared towards customers coming back time and time again, which I believe I will next time round.

Bought a beautiful Audi S7 from Prestige Cars Kent and I couldn’t be happier. The car is fantastic but the service I received from Bass was the best I’ve received at a car dealership and I’ve owned many cars. Right from the initial phone call to the test drive, sorting out the finance and the follow up call from Bass to make sure everything was OK, I can’t find fault in any of it. I will happily go back there for another car in the future and will recommend them and Bass to anyone looking for a quality car and the highest level of customer service and efficiency.

Georgie and I are now besties; working to an escalated timescale to obtain a vehicle (to an exacting specification) to recover a loved one from hospital after a major operation, I engaged several dealers and these guys were first to come back and hit the brief.
The service was responsive (emails, calls & viewing arrangements) and whilst I declined the optional extras there was no hard sell, only good advice.
However, after my timescales got moved up 24hrs, Georgie (&team) immediately responded; made the car available same day and managed to pull off all the paperwork, cover, insurance, tax, and title with just seconds to spare before the offices closed: like a well oiled military operation.
And it also came with a free teddy bear! Or maybe we got a rather expensive teddy bear with a free, ultra sparkly, impeccably valeted, perfectly presented Range Rover. Either way, hats off and many thanks to everyone who pulled out the stops and got me on the road bang on time.

I bought a Volvo XC90 from Prestige Cars with the help of Phil Smith. Phil was really easy to deal with, gave me the right amount of time and space to look at the car, was highly responsive to questions and helpful in arranging purchase. They did an excellent job of preparing the car in a very short time period (48 hours) resulting in it having an "as new" feel. Really happy with the service and my new car!

Since handover I have had problems with the car. Will return the 5 stars once I have faith the issues will be sorted. Post sales solutions have not been great. The front line staff are great and seem to want resolve but have their hands tied by Snr managers. Shame as this is my 2nd purchase and expected better based on my first experience.

I just bought my car from "Prestige Cars Kent". As we all know, this is not the easiest time to buy a car because of all the restrictions and it not being possible to see the 'goods' in real live.
I have to be honest...from the moment I called the dealership and spoke to Luke I knew I was going to be looked after. I felt he was not just there to try to sell me a car, but to gain my trust in him. Which I did.
The sale was then passed on to Steve who was extremely professional and had a lot of patience with me. He guided me through all the virtual formality and like with Luke, he gained my full trust. I could tell he genuinely cares and wanted to help give me what I want.
To finish, Mark delivered my car yesterday and was great. A true and gentlemen, extremely humble and very professional.
