SELLS CRASHED DAMAGED REPAIRED CARS! Wayne sold me an Audi SQ5 for 26k. I loved the car from the start and had no issues. After I owned the car for 1 year I decided to get some work carried out on my exhaust. The garage I sent the car to for the work raised the car up on the ramps and immediately called me asking if I was aware this car had been in a rear end bump as there were welding repairs underneath. The answer to that question was "NO" As I certainly have not been involved in a collision in that car. I contacted the manager of 4frontcarsales, James I believe. Told him the problem and he asked me to send him an email with photos of the damage. Which I did, nobody from the garage ever got back to me. Legal proceedings are under away. Avoid this garage at all costs. Rip off merchants!

Don't go near this place, lousy customer service, and very unwilling to deal with problems when buying a used van, that had many problems. BEWARE

Highly recommend 4Front for purchasing a vehicle, especially from James. Couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process and even after the car had been picked up! A few minor aesthetic items touched up before collection. Quick and painless transaction with no fuss at all and at a great price too!

Went to view a van this morning, unfortunately it did not suit my needs. However the staff were very polite and helpful and will hopefully give me a call when a more suitable van arrives!

I bought an A6 allroad a year ago. Especially I waited a while before posting a review, to be sure. I am very pleased with the choice made, the car is perfect, I had no problems with it. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM 4FRONTCARSALES READ THIS STORY FIRST. I BOUGHT MY MERCEDES E CLASS 220 2011 SPORTLINE ON JAN 31ST. WITHIN 3 MONTHS APPROX THE CAR WAS BROKEN WITH MAJOR ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO OVER FUELING OF THE 4TH PISTON WITH NO WARNING WHATSOEVER CAUSING ALMOST A FATAL MOTORWAY ACCIDENT. PUTTING THE DANGER CAUSED BY THIS ENGINE FAILURE TO ONE SIDE I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CAR SINCE JUNE WHEN THE ENGINE BLEW UP WHILST I WAS DRIVING THE CAR. HAVING SENT THE CAR TO THE MECHANICS AUTHORISED BY 4FRONTCARSALES AND AUTOGUARD WARRANTY I HAVE NOW WAITED 5 MONTHS APPROX AND HAVE STILL NOT GOT A WORKING VEHICLE. IN THIS TIME I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS ON RENTAL CARS DURING WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT THE DEALERSHIP IS LIABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH A WORKING VEHICLE OR A REFUND. DUE TO THE ABOVE I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE LEGAL CLAIMS OF COURT ORDERS AND MONEY CLAIMS BY GOVERNMENT AGENCIES FOR THE AMOUNT OF £12,000 AND £1000 FOR THE COST OF THE CAR AND THE WARRANTY, AND HAVE MADE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK TO CHARGE BACK FUNDS PAID TO THIS COMPANY FOR UNSATISFACTORY GOODS WHICH IS COMPLETELY IN MY RIGHT TO DO. I WILL ALSO BE MAKING A CLAIM FOR ANY FUNDS I HAVE PAID FOR RENTAL VEHICLES AND OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORT SINCE THE CAR HAS BEEN OFF THE ROAD WHICH WOULD AMOUNT TO AROUND £5000 - £7000. I HAD HOPED THIS WOULD BE RESOLVED SOONER BUT I EXPECT TO SEE NOTHING MORE THAN A LIQUIDATED SHELL COMPANY HERE VERY SOON WHEN THESE GUYS DECIDED TO CALL IT A DAY SO I AM PUTTING IN MY CLAIM NOW AND TOMORROW WILL BE FILING EVERY LEGAL MEAN OF CLAIM I HAVE AVAILABLE AS A CONSUMER AND WILL MAKE A DAILY CAMPAIGN TIME ALLOCATED TO SPREADING THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE TO HELP OTHER CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF THESE CALLOUS INDIVIDUALS. I bought a Ford ka from 4front for about £1200 they said they will stick 12 months MOT on it and the following year went to re-MOT and it failed on Big rust holes underneath the car which did not happen in that year of me purchasing it which means it should never of passed the previous year which makes you think what MOT station are they using and how much their paying for the cars to pass
