We were greeted warmly and promptly. The Vet listened to our pet’s symptoms and was able to treat him. Asked whether we would like his claws clipped, which we had forgotten that he badly needed and gave advice on his further care. We were very pleased with the whole visit.

Grove lodge vets offer an excellent level of care. All treatments are explained thoroughly and the pet’s welfare is always the main priority. The Portslade team are super professional and down to earth at the same time. My cats love going to the vets!! I had to use the Worthing 24 hr hospital for the first time at New year and this was also a great experience.

The vets are very clean the staff are friendly and very polite.The vet is very careing and kind,he is willing to listen to you and answer any questions you ask. I would recommend grove lodge to all my friends and anyone who ask for a good friendly vets The pet plan they offer is very good value and worth getting

Real people here. No corporate feel. Absolutely genuine. Gold. Professional, friendly and not Disney. Thorough respect, knowledge, and understanding whilst respectfully appreciating that some people's financial circumstances are a real concern. This is the standard for 5 stars.

The last time I reviewed Grove Lodge Portslade vets was 2 yrs ago. Well Stephen Courtney is the resident vet thank the Lord! Since then they have a new Reception Team. Well I can only hope this never changes So pro! So busy but the amazing thing is they juggle it all and quite frankly Julia and Sandra are A-maz-ing can only give 6 stars how do we do that????????Thank you guys you're amazing ????

Better priced than other local vets but I decided to visit Pets at Home at the Goldstone Industrial Estate. There is a Vetinary in the shop and they were very good and ten pound cheaper than Grove Lodge Vets.
