Very poor cigarette selection. All I wanted was Sterling Dual! Instead had to settle for Sterling 30g and menthol filters!!! I was told that menthol cigarettes are being banned. How dare they change the rules without telling me!!!! VPower unleaded is good though.

Really nice staff here. Particularly Phil is always friendly and cheerful. Would be a five star but sometimes have to wait for a pump as a busy fuel station

Nice staff but there’s always a wait when I go to fill up after work around midnight. Only go when I’m on empty as it’s the most expensive in the area.
One time, there were numerous cars parked at the pumps not filling up. Some people were smoking also. When I asked if the car in front was filling up (they weren’t) they refused to move, so I went to the Shell staff member at which point a gentlemen who was paying for fuel said he was leaving soon and so thankfully I was able to fill up (after waiting 5-10 mins for a bay simply because people used the pumps as a car park - despite there being car parks across the road at Burger King and Travelodge).

Please sort out your toilets. I locked the door and really struggled to unlock it afterwards as the door was sticking. Someone could easily become locked inside. This is an accident waiting to happen if it is not repaired.

Great service at this garage, in particular had an exceptional service from Nick. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied; helped with car advice, directions, offers in store and even assisted my boyfriend with changing a tyre (or at least taught him how to!) great asset to your company.

Shell Petrol always put the best in the car. Staff are nice and friendly. A little more pricey than other shell stations but this is due to being a service station.

Peak Times its busy not to bad after the generall rush, there's almost always 1 person on a till and the fuel is the most expensive in the area. its clean 2 coffee dispensers and lots of junk food

The workers don't concentrate on the people at the pumps so you tend to wait for them to switch the pump on. Very annoying.
