Spoke to someone during the week about some tools, all good. when I went in on the weekend and asked the same questions, they looked at me like I was an alien and said they didn't know where I could get said tools. Confused, I left. Phoned them back up on the Monday incase I had gone to the wrong place, I hadn't, maybe they were just unhelpful weekend staff

Would recommend friendly staff, Karen puts a smile on all staff members faces, and even gives the workshop dogs treats out of her own pocket, thay always go the extra mile to help if any problems.
