What can I say, I just love this place. Have visited so many times and still find something I've not seen before. I would say if you don't have children avoid the school holidays! There's always something going on for children then and it can be manic. But the Palace is just magical, cannot wait until my next visit.

Fascinating and historical site. The story of Henry VIII brutal reign can be followed and is brought to life as you walk around the original Tudor palace. But of course Hampton Court is a palace of 2 halves and the later Georgian addition …

It's always great to go here. Courtyards were a bit cold and draughty today but that's the weather - treat this as a day spent mostly outside and wrap up! For this reason it's a good place to visit in these pandemic times - lots of space …

Visiting Hampton Court Palace is a great day out. There's something for everybody - the luxurious apartments of Henry VIII and William of Orange, the beautiful manor gardens, the Magic Garden play area for kids, the hedge maze and much more! Highly recommended.

Always a fab day out with the kids: in the summer the magic garden and the maze, and in the winter roaming around the many palace rooms. Beautiful, not as crowded as central London attractions, amazing grounds, lots to keep the kids entertained. Easy to get to by train!

Car parking was easy as it wasn't busy. We were running late for our time slot due to the horrendous traffic but it wasn't a problem. Staff were polite friendly and helpful as ever. Weather was lovely so we spent plenty of time wandering …

So much history of England in one beautiful palace. I could see (in my mind's eye) the carriages and courtiers coming and going. They served hundreds of meals a day from their kitchens. The business of England was done here in this working palace. Henry the VIII wandered these very same halls and gardens.

This is a special place. Well worth the visit. You need to get tickets before hand. There were a few queues but these were well managed. We went when the food and drink market was on. Plenty of choice for adults and kids. We had no problem parking on sight however we did arrive early!

The best Palace to tour when visiting London. It’s a short trip on the light rail, but well worth seeing. It’s the palace the Tudors including Henry VIII lived in. The food halls are my favorite part, though the gardens are also quite nice. Make sure to leave time to get lost in the hedge maze!

It was a dark dreary January day outside and frankly it was inside too. There was not much to recommend it. I visited in the 1980s and I don't remember it being this dreary, unloved and unwelcoming. But perhaps that's what happens after a …

Such a beautiful experience. Went shortly before closing times and the gardens were practically empty, and bathed in sunlight. Was also lucky enough to spot a fox crossing a garden path! Sublime!! You can really feel the history when walking through this place.

Hampton court palace is very beautiful and interesting, with a variety of different things. There are speakers at the entrance which explain everything about the room you're currently in, I highly recommend using them. When you visit the palace, make sure you go see the kitchens and the gardens as well. Entry fee is 20£ or 25£.

Excellent historic building and huge gardens to visit for half a day. Not too busy or crowded if you get there for opening (10am). Only down sides were lack of audioguides ( due to CoVid presumably), and no gluten free options in the cafe other than corn crisps. That's no help to coeliacs really, who don't have a choice.

Beautiful place. Obviously lots to do, including the maze. The big kitchens are worth a visit, as are the galleries. There's a big Christmas market one weekend in December. A couple of decent pubs in the adjacent town, and easy to get to by train from central London.
