It's worse place where I was in Southampton. I was in Sunday early morning to pump my tyre, but compressor doesn't work, I was ask men ho working there if know why not working and why haven't any info, then he told me he not care about these is not his problem!. Its my 2nd time when I got worse service ever!!!. Guys don't fill your car there, I don't recommend these place never ever.!!!.

Went on site on Wednesday (27th).
Had £60 apprx diesel in BMW. Didn’t Get club points. So don’t get surprised if you don’t get your shell club card points.

Facilities: Cash machine, air&water, coffee and normal Shell shop. They have the premium Shell petrol and diesel as well as LPG. They support fill & go mobile payment. You can't turn in when driving southbound on Thomas Lewis Way.

Garage looks good, staff polite, but what a rip off on the airline 50p just managed to check three tyres before the air cut off, that was with already removing the dust caps, so another 50p to check the last wheel!!!!!! Come on Shell don't be so bloody tight!!!!

Large forecourt, small shop. friendly staff. Has all the fuel grades. CAn be tricky to depart. Note this is NOT accessible south-bound, there is a barrier and a no-U-turn sign.
