I recently purchased a 2017 Range Rover Evoque and could not be more impressed with the car itself and the superb service I received. Aman Kalsi was professional but at the same time friendly to deal with. He was knowledgeable and answered my queries with care and consideration. The communication both by email and on the 'phone throughout the transaction was superb. The car arrived sparkling both inside and out, delivered by him personally with a smile (I live over 100 miles away!). I have purchased many cars, but this by far surpasses my previous experiences. I would recommend Aman and Prestige Cars Kent to anyone - I will most certainly be back. If could give them 6 stars I would!

TERRIBLE ! My Prestige Cars Kent experience : 3 years ago I was unfortunate enough to buy a car from these . It was a 987.1 Porsche Cayman S . After what felt like an age making me wait outside in the rain while my payment went through I was finally able to drive back to South Wales in the car I had dreamt of for years . Things weren’t right straight away when the dealer had to phone his colleague for answers to any of my basic questions about the car . Anyway , after the payment finally went through and the brakes warmed up they squeaked to a point where it was unbearable so I pulled over and phoned them just to be ignored . Was told time and time again id be phoned back after sitting in a service station for hours . They were happy to take my money but not happy to ring me back . I had to give up and drive home . About half an hour of driving down the M4 later and there was a very loud bang ! The rear O/S spring snapped causing the car to lean ( this is all before I got it home ! ) . Again I rang but this time just simply ignored . The next day I phoned again and got through with a withheld number . I had taken out the extended warranty ( not worth the paper it’s written on , PLEASE buy it from somewhere else if you’re mad enough to buy a car from them ) so they said that they wouldn’t let me take the car to a local Porsche specialist and I HAD to drive it all the way back to Kent , 200 miles away for them to look at it . On the journey back to them now in my now lop sided unbearable squeaky Porsche Cayman . I arrive there early with the promise of a car while I waited for them to change the brakes and for a new spring . They changed their mind on giving me a car with no explanation at all and instead dumped me in a grotty pub for me to sit it out for 5 hours while they ‘ did the work ‘ . After waiting for what felt like forever I was told a mechanic called Andy was picking me up to collect it . I picked the car up and they told me what had been done . I got in , drove home and again on the M4 started hearing the squeaking had returned this time worse than before . It turns out after getting my friend who is a mechanic to look at it that the brakes weren’t even changed and instead sprayed with copper grease to temporarily stop the unbearable noise ! The car was still lop sided as they had put the wrong replacement spring on it which I thought would settle and lower as I drove it but it didn’t . At this point the oil light came on because they hadn’t changed the oil as promised either ! Now here’s where the pushing blame within the garage starts . They pushed me from pillar to post after this . They said they sacked Andy who worked on my car because he was patching things up just to get them out of the door , as they did with mine after my second 400 mile round trip to them . 6 months later now and the clutch has gone and the gear lever cables have snapped . This time they said I could take it to a Bosch approved garage which are all just terrible in South Wales . This garage had my car for THREE MONTHS ! When I finally got it back it was ok for a year then the lever cables snapped again because they tried to bend them around a block in the engine which weakened them over time ...... Again , phoned the charlatans at Prestige Cars Kent only to be told that I should feel grateful of the work they’ve already done to my car . Personally I don’t think any car should be sold in this state and they clearly don’t care about people after they get their money . The car is now waiting to be flat bedded back to the garage again after the rear ECU control module has failed . I hope this puts at least one person off buying from these uncaring money grabbing charlatans . They will gladly take your money , sell you a car that’s been patched up to get it out of the door then slam that door on you while pushing blame to their so called colleagues . DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GARAGE WITH A BARGE POLE !! Thank you .... Lee Venn

This is the second car I have purchased from Prestige Cars and I would struggle to find a better salesperson than Nick Williams. We were very specific in our requirements and once we had found the car we wanted, which there were only two available, we were relieved to see one was advertised by Prestige Cars as their knowledge and customer service are second to none. We gave Nick some high requests on the level of detail we wanted before we picked the car up and he completely understood and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the finished product. We felt confident that Nick would deliver our ideal and he always kept us informed and in touch every step of the way. Good customer service is now hard to find but Nick has it overflowing and we are delighted with our new car!

I have just purchased a stunning Mercedes E400 Cabriolet from Prestige Cars Kent. The service I received from Phil Smith, Sales Executive, was superb. The first phone call was easy and informative, there was no pressure, then I was taken on a 40 minute test drive, on roads from country lanes to the M25. The deal was then agreed the next week when I was abroad and I collected the car the day after I returned. The car was immaculately presented and the hand over was swift. Even though we didn’t purchase a car from here, I would still like to take the time to say what a proper man Raj Patel was on the day we visited. Helpful, polite, honest, didn’t sit at his desk thinking he was something special like most do... He grafted and worked really hard to try and sell us a car, but unfortunately all the cars we wanted to view were sold, he really tried his best though, and in my opinion that’s all you can do.
